Project Manager
Noah started his construction career in 2007 first as a Laborer and then a Finish Carpenter before earning a BS in Construction Management from Washington State University. He also holds a Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Washington. After joining GLY in 2014, he worked primarily on commercial office projects before becoming a Project Manager on our Interiors + Special Projects team [ISP]. His unique background gives him the ability to understand every aspect of a project regardless of size or scope. He is always up for a challenge—just ask him about his latest extreme ironing endeavor.
Human Resources Director
SHRM-SCP
Jane is a proponent of the “work hard, play hard” mentality and enjoys balancing work with skiing—whether cheering on family during racing season, or creating her own adventures on slopes across the US. In her role at GLY, she keeps the talent rolling in and makes sure all facets of the HR spectrum are covered.
Risk+Administrative Services Manager
Lauren spent the first ten years of her career working in the legal arena, starting out in the public sector, then transferring to the private. She now splits her time at GLY between supporting the risk management department and providing high-level administrative support to the executive team. Lauren and her family are sports fanatics and spend most weekends rooting for the Huskies and Seahawks. When they aren’t cheering on their teams, they spend as much time outside as possible: camping, fishing, hiking or enjoying walks with their rescue dog, Harry.
Superintendent
Project Engineer
Born and raised in Mercer Island and a graduate of University of Washington, Lauren is truly a local and proud to call Seattle her home. After earning her BS in Construction Management, she immediately joined GLY to do what she loves most: build! Focused and confident, Lauren never misses a beat even during the busiest phases of a project. Her keen eye for detail also never waivers, but this comes naturally to her. It is no surprise that her first job was performing quality control checks at a pear orchard.

After work, you can find René hiking, painting or drawing, or playing softball and flag football.

Jeff’s building career began in 1995 and he’s simply one of the best when it comes to complex structures; it’s been said that he’s memorized every detail of every sheet of every project he’s worked on. Plus, he’s repeatedly recognized by his teammates as an exceptional mentor. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Central Washington University. Off the jobsite, Jeff’s an adventurous spirit who enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, boating, snowmobiling, off roading, fishing, and hunting in the remote wilderness.
