Brian’s 30+ year career includes many of GLY’s most recognizable healthcare projects. He will do whatever it takes to keep clients happy and is known to keep a stash of chocolate hard hats on hand for hospital staff just in case. If you’ve ever met Brian, you know he operates under the Golden Rule every single day, making him a favorite to work with. Brian spends many weekends looking for a thrill—from riding off road on the dunes with his wife and son to taking flight lessons—with no plans to slow down any time soon.
Cameron Cole
Senior Project Engineer
A Bellevue native, Cameron built the foundation for his career through several internships at GLY and earning a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University. His project experience thus far has focused on downtown Bellevue, including the Lincoln Square Expansion and West Main mixed use development. Off the jobsite, he’s an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, skiing, and backpacking – and volunteering as a member of the King County Search and Rescue team. He recently stepped up to serve on the Coal Creek YMCA board of advisors.
Steven Siler
General Foreman
Steven is a detail-oriented professional known for his resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication across diverse teams. With experience leading work, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality assurance, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to every project. Steven’s career began with lutherie—the art of crafting stringed instruments—which sparked his passion for woodworking and led him to run a custom cabinet business in Arizona for over a decade. After relocating to the Seattle area, he joined the Carpenters Union in 2016 and continues to build a career grounded in craftsmanship and service. Outside of work, Steven is an accomplished musician who plays drums for the Seahawks [while playing a wide variety of other instruments at home as well] and has traveled to over 24 countries.
Katie Focher
Senior Project Accountant
Katie ventured west from Missoula, Montana to attend Central Washington University where she majored in recreation and tourism and played softball. We love having a ringer on the GLY softball team! When she’s not managing the books for GLY projects she likes to golf, hike, go wine tasting, and watch the Mariners. Her bucket list includes a trip to every MLB stadium, minus Yankee Stadium.

David is an experienced Senior Estimator with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. He offers expertise in Design Management, Facility Management (FM), Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Constructability. He has utilized his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management by becoming a strong community and social services professional who lives by the mantra: "Clarity...No surprises, just choices."

With 20 years of experience in the construction industry under his belt, Greg appreciates and understands the vital role of Project Engineer [PE]. Today, as PE Operations Manager, he leads the charge in setting Project Engineers up for success—focusing on development, growth, and establishing mentorships. Greg’s ability to recognize and appreciate diversity in personalities and skills among the group helps cultivate a learning environment that leaves plenty of room for exploration and innovation. Outside of work, Greg's go-to pastimes include mountain biking, fly fishing, and cooking for family and friends.
