Dan is GLY’s go-to guy for anything and everything relating to site surveys and layout. As a consummate team player and expert on layout technology, Dan is responsible for not only planning and coordinating project needs with superintendents, but also for training and educating the GLY Layout Crew and helping The Yard with long range equipment planning. When he’s not out in the field, Dan is 100% family man, spending as much time with his wife and kids as he can.

Tim Campbell

Tim has been with GLY since 2004 and has a hand in a variety of market sectors. With experience in a wide range of project types, he adapts quickly to evolving trends and changing needs. On each project, Tim facilitates unique and team-oriented solutions to challenges that support the success of the entire team—owner, architect, tenant, and adjacent stakeholders, making him a trusted and respected leader whose industry relationships continue well beyond project completion.

Logan Chun

Senior Preconstruction Engineer

LEED Green Associate, CESPL

Logan brings his personal obsession with timelines and coordination to his career in Preconstruction. He is a person who likes to take immediate action, because as he describes it: "In Preconstruction, success is built on momentum". To maintain this focus, Logan tracks three key wins in a daily journal–instilling the habit of keeping a project progressing and on track. This is an excellent tool for keeping him motivated and passionate, and he finds these "small wins" to be his favorite part about working in this industry. Weather permitting, you can find Logan enjoying his spare time outdoors, whether it's hiking excursions, camping, boating, soccer matches, fishing trips, or snowboarding.

Troy Alexander

Project Executive

Troy’s been managing construction projects in the Pacific Northwest since 2000 and is one of our Interiors + Special Projects [ISP] team leaders. He specializes in unique renovation and improvement work in a variety of market sectors and has a long history of successfully delivering public agency projects using Job Order Contracting [JOC]. Troy enjoys collaborating with professionals of various disciplines to get fast-track projects started and completed on time. Outside of work, Troy enjoys lots of family time, good music, trying a new local beer, and cheering on his favorite sports team.

Tony Fontanez

Superintendent

With over 40 years of experience in construction, Tony is a renovation specialist who works closely with our clients to tailor solutions to each project's unique goals and requirements. He's led projects at airports, hospitals, universities, fire stations, and everything in between. Safety is always his top priority, especially in occupied, sensitive spaces where the comfort of patients and staff is paramount.

Cesar Torres

CFO

As a natural strategist with an adept financial insight, Cesar contributes immensely to the long-term success and profitability of GLY. As our CFO, Cesar oversees all accounting, financial reporting, and risk management functions. He partners closely with executive and operational leadership to drive financial performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and ensure strong fiscal stewardship across the organization.

Cesar spent more than 25 years in the construction industry before joining GLY, and values working in an industry that builds tangible, lasting structures. Outside the office, he is deeply family oriented–no small feat with more than 100 first cousins! Cesar spends much of his free time visiting family, playing sports with his kids, and volunteering within his community.

Elie Egan

Assistant Superintendent

Elie feels at home taking leadership on her jobsites, working with a team-first attitude, taking pride in the lasting relationships she builds with her colleagues, and ensuring everyone knows the great value of their contributions. Being a firm believer of “work smarter, not harder”—Elie addresses problems critically, always searching for ways to improved solutions and streamline processes through LEAN principles to reduce labor while simultaneously improving quality and minimizing errors. You can also find Elie feeling very much at home on skiis, her stand up paddleboard, and hiking and backpacking on the weekends.

Melanie Cochrun

A healthy dose of serendipity led Melanie from the Peace Corps third world to the A/E/C integrated world, where she discovered a love for working with the people behind the concrete. Nearly 20 years later, she is contributing and receiving ideas and inspiration for marketing, communicating, and developing business as the Director of Marketing + Communications at GLY! A self-described thinker, linker, and obstacle shrinker, Melanie likes to approach her work with these three questions: Who is our audience? What do they need? How can we reach them and develop trust?
