Monty brings tremendous energy and ingenuity to his clients. He built his career at GLY by delivering creative, value-based preconstruction services, and accurate, timely estimating based on his deep knowledge of current market unit pricing and trends in commodity pricing. Monty works closely with an agile group of construction management, design, and craft professionals who flex to the ever-evolving needs of a project. He is a specialist in the occupied environment, always thinking outside project confines to develop innovative solutions.

Steven Siler

Steven is a detail-oriented professional known for his resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication across diverse teams. With experience leading work, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality assurance, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to every project. Steven’s career began with lutherie—the art of crafting stringed instruments—which sparked his passion for woodworking and led him to run a custom cabinet business in Arizona for over a decade. After relocating to the Seattle area, he joined the Carpenters Union in 2016 and continues to build a career grounded in craftsmanship and service. Outside of work, Steven is an accomplished musician who plays drums for the Seahawks [while playing a wide variety of other instruments at home as well] and has traveled to over 24 countries.

Before entering construction safety, Isaias began his career as a wildland firefighter, where he developed a calm, confident approach to risk management. That experience made his transition into safety and construction management a natural progression. He has since proven himself a strong leader, capable of guiding teams of safety professionals and fostering a culture rooted in accountability and safe work practices, making him the perfect fit for Safety Director at GLY. Outside of work, Isaias stays active through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, strength training, running, hiking, and golfing, and he enjoys spending downtime reading. Despite calling himself the world’s worst swimmer, swimming remains a favorite hobby [an unexpected passion that perfectly reflects his willingness to embrace any challenges he is faced with].

Jon Evatt

With over 13 years of experience in construction—much of it focused on healthcare—Jon brings a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every project. Known for his strong work ethic and passion for building both on and off the job site, he combines technical expertise in civil and project engineering with hands-on know-how. Jon excels at resolving complex construction challenges, aligning design intent with client expectations, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. His deep understanding of the unique demands of healthcare construction adds value at every phase. Outside of work, Jon channels that same problem‑solving mindset into DIY projects with his wife, son, and daughter, and enjoys staying active through skiing and hiking.

Anita Phonexayphova

Anita began her career in architecture and has since migrated to the construction world where she enjoys collaborating with design teams and subcontractors to work through constructability issues while achieving design intent. She employs advanced technologies throughout a project’s lifecycle from early design estimates to virtual project handover and closeout. Anita also supports our project teams by coordinating MEP and running clash detection.

Dennis Sizemore

Cement Mason Superintendent

Dennis is the go-to guy on anything and everything concrete. At age 15, he poured and finished driveways, patios, and shop slabs. When he started at GLY at 18, he was the youngest journeyman in his union. Today, he's a concrete master who oversees projects up to one million square feet. His favorite aspect of the job is the constant change of scenery since he's not on one single project for an extensive amount of time. While concrete is a big part of Dennis’s life, he makes plenty of room for his kids, fishing, hiking, and visiting Kauai, his happy place.
