Her background as a Project Manager allows her to connect with clients and project teams to drive sustainability project goals while keeping budget and schedule at the forefront. Janine feels at home in the world of marketing since it combines her passion for art, writing and graphic design with her natural ability to organize, strategize, and analyze. While she enjoys her day-to-day responsibilities, facing new challenges, and the many opportunities to apply her creativity, her favorite part about her job isn’t even marketing-related; she loves working with people and getting to know everyone in the company top-down—from estimating to IT to the hundreds of hard-working craftspeople out in the field.

With over 20 years of experience spanning construction, retail, and hospitality, Annika has mastered the art of building and maintaining a positive, inclusive work culture that fosters employee well-being and engagement. Holding a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, Management, and Entertainment from the University of Montana, Annika brings a blend of creative problem-solving and innovative strategies to her role at GLY. When not at work, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, attending concerts, or cheering at sporting events. Growing up playing softball and spending five years managing, assisting, and playing on the company coed softball team, Annika knows how to bring people together — both on and off the field. As the youngest of six, her experience with juggling multiple personalities is put to good use in HR! Annika is also a proud supporter of Sawhorse Revolution, the AGC Education Foundation, and JDRF Beat the Bridge.

A healthy dose of serendipity led Melanie from the Peace Corps third world to the A/E/C integrated world, where she discovered a love for working with the people behind the concrete. Nearly 20 years later, she is contributing and receiving ideas and inspiration for marketing, communicating, and developing business as the Director of Marketing + Communications at GLY! A self-described thinker, linker, and obstacle shrinker, Melanie likes to approach her work with these three questions: Who is our audience? What do they need? How can we reach them and develop trust?

Executive Administrator+Administrative Services Manager
Excellent customer service comes naturally to Cassie, who approaches every task with a can-do attitude. As Executive Administrator, she enjoys working with people that encourage her and test her limits but allow her to have fun along the way. She manages her time—and many others’—with extraordinary ease and keeps things running like a well-oiled machine. Outside the office, you’ll find Cassie hiking, exploring the city, and when the sun comes out, boating on Lake Washington—all with her husband and pups by her side.

Senior Construction Engineer
Jeff’s building career began in 1995 and he’s simply one of the best when it comes to complex structures; it’s been said that he’s memorized every detail of every sheet of every project he’s worked on. Plus, he’s repeatedly recognized by his teammates as an exceptional mentor. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Central Washington University. Off the jobsite, Jeff’s an adventurous spirit who enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, boating, snowmobiling, off roading, fishing, and hunting in the remote wilderness.
