Luke brings a diverse construction background that spans structural and civil project management, hands-on carpentry, and a passion for design and constructability. As Assistant Superintendent, he enjoys tackling challenges, improving processes, and helping teams deliver successful projects from start to finish. A U.S. Navy veteran, Luke enjoys archery hunting, snowboarding with his sons, paddleboarding, camping, and spontaneous weekend getaways with his wife.
Sarah Cunningham
General Foreman
As a General Foreman, Sarah is known for always thinking ahead and looking out for everyone’s best interest. She enjoys the camaraderie on the jobsite and the pride that comes from persevering and building something together. A recent project of Sarah's featured a major geothermal energy system, and she used that experience to teach others at GLY about geothermal energy and how different types of systems can be used. Her hobbies include hiking, cycling, gardening, and traveling the world every chance she gets. But her favorite thing? Golden Retrievers!
Tim Campbell

Tim has been with GLY since 2004 and has a hand in a variety of market sectors. With experience in a wide range of project types, he adapts quickly to evolving trends and changing needs. On each project, Tim facilitates unique and team-oriented solutions to challenges that support the success of the entire team—owner, architect, tenant, and adjacent stakeholders, making him a trusted and respected leader whose industry relationships continue well beyond project completion.
Trevor Lunde
Director of Virtual Design+Construction

Trevor is an industry innovator with over 22 years of experience devoted to creating synergy between architectural design and technical construction. Trevor leads strategic business planning for the company’s Virtual Design and Construction [VDC] and technology efforts and provides companywide training on GLY delivery philosophy and VDC process. Having been both a project architect and a construction manager, he identifies valuable opportunities for coordination and collaboration amongst designers, engineers, and tradespeople. Trevor respects each discipline’s individual process and expertise while ensuring constructability. Trevor’s downtime is spent playing with his kids or fishing.
Amy Bergman
Project Executive
With GLY since 1999, Amy has managed projects in all sectors and of all sizes. This versatility is what helps her guide teams in keeping the end goal in mind while addressing day-to-day challenges and complex problem-solving. She is an alumnus of the University of Washington with a BS in Construction Management and Minor in Architecture, has served on the board of her local YMCA, and is active in NAIOP and CREW. After work, Amy chases two very active children and the lifelong task of home remodeling.
Isaias Villa Galvan
Safety Director
CSP, CHST
Before entering construction safety, Isaias began his career as a wildland firefighter, where he developed a calm, confident approach to risk management. That experience made his transition into safety and construction management a natural progression. He has since proven himself a strong leader, capable of guiding teams of safety professionals and fostering a culture rooted in accountability and safe work practices, making him the perfect fit for Safety Director at GLY. Outside of work, Isaias stays active through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, strength training, running, hiking, and golfing, and he enjoys spending downtime reading. Despite calling himself the world’s worst swimmer, swimming remains a favorite hobby [an unexpected passion that perfectly reflects his willingness to embrace any challenges he is faced with].
Sean Royal
Project Engineer
Sean recently joined GLY after completing two internships which gave him firsthand experience on high-stakes projects in the construction industry. With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, he brings a solid foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as Project Engineer. In this capacity, he handles key responsibilities in trade management, overseeing work scopes, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project scheduling and budgeting. A Kirkland native, Sean enjoys spending his free time on Lake Washington, hitting the golf course, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Nate Hill
Senior Project Safety Manager

Nate is serious about safety. With 20 years of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in safety leadership and risk management to GLY projects of all shapes and sizes. He oversees jobsite safety programs and leads companywide training, staying ahead of evolving standards and protocols. Nate believes safety is fluid—requiring constant awareness, adaptability, and accountability.
An OSHA-certified Construction Safety + Health Specialist [CSHS] and Construction Health +Safety Technician [CHST], his credentials run long [and impressive]. Outside of work, he’s also a certified diver and lifelong animal lover. When he’s not focused on keeping people safe, you’ll find him surrounded by five wiener dogs, two cats, and one very sassy Norwegian Fjord horse.
Melanie Cochrun

A healthy dose of serendipity led Melanie from the Peace Corps third world to the A/E/C integrated world, where she discovered a love for working with the people behind the concrete. Nearly 20 years later, she is contributing and receiving ideas and inspiration for marketing, communicating, and developing business as the Director of Marketing + Communications at GLY! A self-described thinker, linker, and obstacle shrinker, Melanie likes to approach her work with these three questions: Who is our audience? What do they need? How can we reach them and develop trust?
