Katie ventured west from Missoula, Montana to attend Central Washington University where she majored in recreation and tourism and played softball. We love having a ringer on the GLY softball team! When she’s not managing the books for GLY projects she likes to golf, hike, go wine tasting, and watch the Mariners. Her bucket list includes a trip to every MLB stadium, minus Yankee Stadium.
Garrick Hughes

Since joining GLY in 2007, Garrick’s led construction to support the growth of multiple prominent tech companies, as well as high rise build outs and boutique historic re-developments. Managing complex projects and working with a wide spectrum of people and multi-disciplinary firms to meet client commitments and expectations set years in advance of project completion continues to be the focus of his career. Garrick holds an MBA in Finance from Seattle University as well as a BS in Construction Management from WSU, and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from UW. He became a firm partner in 2019. A Northwest Native, Garrick’s involved in several local community and professional organizations, and never misses an opportunity for an outdoor adventure, exploring mountains with his wife, two daughters, and son.
Tim Grant

Tim spent the first part of his career as a professional structural engineer before arriving at GLY in 2011. He's since completed projects in an array of markets, from healthcare to hospitality, and a long list of high tech corporate campus facilities. On his current project, the University District Station Building, Tim and team are building a 13-story office tower atop Sound Transit's light rail station at NE 45th St and Brooklyn Ave. A former member of the UW track team, Tim traded in his running shoes for hiking boots, and enjoys exploring PNW trails with his wife and two sons.
Steven Siler

Steven is a detail-oriented professional known for his resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication across diverse teams. With experience leading work, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality assurance, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to every project. Steven’s career began with lutherie—the art of crafting stringed instruments—which sparked his passion for woodworking and led him to run a custom cabinet business in Arizona for over a decade. After relocating to the Seattle area, he joined the Carpenters Union in 2016 and continues to build a career grounded in craftsmanship and service. Outside of work, Steven is an accomplished musician who plays drums for the Seahawks [while playing a wide variety of other instruments at home as well] and has traveled to over 24 countries.
Stephen Robeson

As Director of Interiors + Special Projects [ISP], Stephen oversees client service, operational excellence, and employee development for the GLY teams that specialize in renovation and tenant improvement work. He has 20+ years of experience in this environment, including alternative delivery for clients in K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Public Works. He is an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor and holds a BS in Construction Management from Central Washington University. With GLY since 2018, he is known for his high energy and ability to juggle multiple commitments with ease while still making time to mentor and guide others. He is an active member of the South Sound community who enjoys spending time with family exploring the outdoors.

Trevor is an industry innovator with over 22 years of experience devoted to creating synergy between architectural design and technical construction. Trevor leads strategic business planning for the company’s Virtual Design and Construction [VDC] and technology efforts and provides companywide training on GLY delivery philosophy and VDC process. Having been both a project architect and a construction manager, he identifies valuable opportunities for coordination and collaboration amongst designers, engineers, and tradespeople. Trevor respects each discipline’s individual process and expertise while ensuring constructability. Trevor’s downtime is spent playing with his kids or fishing.
Erik Bedell

Erik uses his extensive engineering background to assist with integrating mechanical systems into new and existing buildings. With many years of designing mechanical systems under his belt, he’s proven to be an invaluable asset to our clients—specializing in complex life science, technology, industrial, and healthcare projects. Erik previously lived in Colorado, where he developed an obsession for mountain biking. Now racing competitively, he and his family own 12 bikes, living the principle that the correct amount of bikes to own is n+1, with n being the amount of bikes they currently own.
