A true self-starter, Bill's claim that he can fix just about anything is backed by a lifetime of hands-on experience. His passion for building began at age 8, assembling bicycles, and continued through his teenage years, when he built cars and fabricated metal frames. By 21, he had entered the trades, laying the foundation for a successful career in construction supervision. Outside of work, Bill enjoys fishing and traveling the world with his wife.

It’s no wonder that Laura’s passion is helping people find their potential. She’s worked hard to creatively forge her own career path and achieve her goals. She is active in a number of industry groups and peer networks focused on green building and leads GLY’s internal sustainability efforts. Her background as a Project Manager allows her to connect with clients and project teams to drive sustainability project goals while keeping budget and schedule at the forefront. Laura brings her love of responsible practices [and infectious good spirits] to every project.
Tim Campbell

Tim has been with GLY since 2004 and has a hand in a variety of market sectors. With experience in a wide range of project types, he adapts quickly to evolving trends and changing needs. On each project, Tim facilitates unique and team-oriented solutions to challenges that support the success of the entire team—owner, architect, tenant, and adjacent stakeholders, making him a trusted and respected leader whose industry relationships continue well beyond project completion.
Cameron Cole
Senior Project Engineer
A Bellevue native, Cameron built the foundation for his career through several internships at GLY and earning a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University. His project experience thus far has focused on downtown Bellevue, including the Lincoln Square Expansion and West Main mixed use development. Off the jobsite, he’s an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, skiing, and backpacking – and volunteering as a member of the King County Search and Rescue team. He recently stepped up to serve on the Coal Creek YMCA board of advisors.
Jon Evatt

With over 13 years of experience in construction—much of it focused on healthcare—Jon brings a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every project. Known for his strong work ethic and passion for building both on and off the job site, he combines technical expertise in civil and project engineering with hands-on know-how. Jon excels at resolving complex construction challenges, aligning design intent with client expectations, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. His deep understanding of the unique demands of healthcare construction adds value at every phase. Outside of work, Jon channels that same problem‑solving mindset into DIY projects with his wife, son, and daughter, and enjoys staying active through skiing and hiking.

Steven Siler

Steven is a detail-oriented professional known for his resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication across diverse teams. With experience leading work, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality assurance, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to every project. Steven’s career began with lutherie—the art of crafting stringed instruments—which sparked his passion for woodworking and led him to run a custom cabinet business in Arizona for over a decade. After relocating to the Seattle area, he joined the Carpenters Union in 2016 and continues to build a career grounded in craftsmanship and service. Outside of work, Steven is an accomplished musician who plays drums for the Seahawks [while playing a wide variety of other instruments at home as well] and has traveled to over 24 countries.
Michelle Connor
Business Equity Specialist
Since joining GLY in 2019 as a Project Coordinator, Michelle steadily assumed more and more responsibilities, eventually combining her personal interest in DEI with our clients' goals for trade equity. Naturally she signed up for our corporate DEI Committee, where she continues to make a valuable impact. As our Business Equity Specialist, Michelle provides project team guidance and support to achieve MWSBE and apprenticeship utilization goals, develops community engagement initiatives, and maintains ongoing community and industry involvement to deepen relationships within the public sector and ensure current knowledge of local, state, and federal regulation for adhering to contract requirements. When she’s not busy chasing her turbo-charged toddler, she’s dreaming up new book club picks that will either dazzle her coworkers or make them question her taste in literature.
Jon Friedrichsen

Jon attributes his appreciation of craft and hard work to working as a carpenter for a Spokane-based general contractor while earning a BS in Construction Management from Washington State University. Since joining GLY in 1999, he’s honed his expertise as a healthcare and high-tech office project manager and team builder. When he’s not piecing together complex logistics plans, you’ll find Jon cheering on the Seattle Sounders or casting a line. If he could talk his wife into selling everything and living in a trailer down by the river, he’d be there already.
