Project Engineer
A Bellevue native, Cameron built the foundation for his career through several internships at GLY and earning a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University. His project experience thus far has focused on downtown Bellevue, including the Lincoln Square Expansion and West Main mixed use development. Off the jobsite, he’s an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, skiing, and backpacking – and volunteering as a member of the King County Search and Rescue team. He recently stepped up to serve on the Coal Creek YMCA board of advisors.
CFO
When Joe joined GLY in 2016 as Director of Finance, he brought 15+ years of industry experience with him, along with a refreshing angle on the ideas of service, integrity, and value. In late 2018 he was named CFO. In this role he supports GLY’s ongoing pursuit of positive development and champions new technology to improve processes. A Chicago native, Joe still roots for the Cubs but is more likely to be seen on the soccer field or swimming bleachers cheering for his three daughters.

Mark’s involvement in problem solving while delivering large and complex projects has earned the trust of many prominent clients. His focus is ensuring that the technical business and the people business sides of the firm mesh to create a powerful suite of services. Over the last two decades, he supported vital transformative projects in South Lake Union and downtown Seattle’s retail core. With over 30 years of experience, Mark’s strategic management, understanding of logistics and high-tech construction, and client service skills helped GLY earn the business of prominent Northwest clients.
Superintendent
David’s craft roots run deep, stemming from his start as a self-employed residential framer. From that foundation, he built a resume of over 30 years’ experience working with a wide range of materials and methods in a variety of market sectors – mastering the role of Superintendent along the way. After all these years, he still enjoys heading to the jobsite, troubleshooting with the team, and mentoring the next generation of field leaders. His devotion to construction is exceeded only by his love for family … and softball, which he plans on playing until he exceeds the maximum age limit.

HCC
After 35+ years working in the built environment, Dave knows how to plan, estimate, and deliver just about anything. He manages healthcare and life science projects and is also known to step in when high-tech or corporate office projects have unique requirements. He holds a BS in Building Construction from the University of Washington, and an ASHE Health Care Construction certificate. A local in every sense of the word, the bays and rivers of the PNW are his playground. When the catching’s good [as it often is for Dave], he makes a killer canned smoked salmon.
