Nate is a skilled Senior Project Safety Manager who embraces the exciting and beautiful opportunities life offers. He enjoys PNW summers, spending his time camping, wakeboarding with his two sons, and diving—he is a certified diver in the Seattle area, Hawaii, and Central America. It comes as no surprise that Nate loves animals as well. At home, he cares for five wiener dogs [Dixon, Marley, Mini‑Moo, Bean Dog, and Savannah], two cats [Cosmo and Jack], and a sassy 28‑year‑old Norwegian fjord named Tym. His love for animals doesn’t detract from his love for people; in fact, his favorite part of working in the A/E/C industry is the interesting and diverse group of individuals he gets to meet every day.
Trevor Lunde

Trevor is an industry innovator with over 22 years of experience devoted to creating synergy between architectural design and technical construction. Trevor leads strategic business planning for the company’s Virtual Design and Construction [VDC] and technology efforts and provides companywide training on GLY delivery philosophy and VDC process. Having been both a project architect and a construction manager, he identifies valuable opportunities for coordination and collaboration amongst designers, engineers, and tradespeople. Trevor respects each discipline’s individual process and expertise while ensuring constructability. Trevor’s downtime is spent playing with his kids or fishing.
Bill DeJarlais

As an Executive with a career spanning over 30 years across a wide spectrum of market sectors, Bill enjoys helping our highly capable builders lean into their relationships and take the responsibility needed to help our clients and partners succeed. Trained in architecture, he’s sustained an appreciation for design and has helped advance internal tools and technologies that help make GLY more proactive partners through every facet of a project’s life cycle. Today, Bill supports our Preconstruction + Estimating, VDC, and Marketing + Business Development teams and serves several community organizations focused on Education. He’s an avid cyclist, gardener, and family guy.
Danielle Sessler

Construction was always part of the plan for Northwest native Danielle, having grown up in a family that owned a contracting business. She took a few detours first, earning a BFA in Metalsmithing and Art History from Central Washington University and working as a Senior Estimator focused on honing her preconstruction services skills. When she landed at GLY in 2013, we quickly recognized her background would be perfect for Design-Build projects. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys hiking, bouldering, climbing—and collecting “odd things that most people scratch their heads over.”
Sean Royal
Project Engineer
Sean recently joined GLY after completing two internships which gave him firsthand experience on high-stakes projects in the construction industry. With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, he brings a solid foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as Project Engineer. In this capacity, he handles key responsibilities in trade management, overseeing work scopes, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project scheduling and budgeting. A Kirkland native, Sean enjoys spending his free time on Lake Washington, hitting the golf course, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Anita Phonexayphova

Anita began her career in architecture and has since migrated to the construction world where she enjoys collaborating with design teams and subcontractors to work through constructability issues while achieving design intent. She employs advanced technologies throughout a project’s lifecycle from early design estimates to virtual project handover and closeout. Anita also supports our project teams by coordinating MEP and running clash detection.
