Kevin praises the aspect of GLY’s culture that provides a variety of paths for diverse abilities and personalities to flourish. Hired on as a Project Engineer, his exceptional preconstruction planning and cost estimating talent quickly developed. As our Chief Estimator, he provides 24 years of building experience and practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, resources and LEED criteria. A generous mentor and creative thinker, Kevin gets involved to guide and directly support estimating efforts on varied and complex projects at GLY.

Sean Royal

Project Engineer

Sean recently joined GLY after completing two internships which gave him firsthand experience on high-stakes projects in the construction industry. With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, he brings a solid foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as Project Engineer. In this capacity, he handles key responsibilities in trade management, overseeing work scopes, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project scheduling and budgeting. A Kirkland native, Sean enjoys spending his free time on Lake Washington, hitting the golf course, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Trevor Lunde

Trevor is an industry innovator with over 22 years of experience devoted to creating synergy between architectural design and technical construction. Trevor leads strategic business planning for the company’s Virtual Design and Construction [VDC] and technology efforts and provides companywide training on GLY delivery philosophy and VDC process. Having been both a project architect and a construction manager, he identifies valuable opportunities for coordination and collaboration amongst designers, engineers, and tradespeople. Trevor respects each discipline’s individual process and expertise while ensuring constructability. Trevor’s downtime is spent playing with his kids or fishing.

David Craig

Senior Estimator

David is an experienced Senior Estimator with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. He offers expertise in Design Management, Facility Management (FM), Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Constructability. He has utilized his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management by becoming a strong community and social services professional who lives by the mantra: "Clarity...No surprises, just choices."

Josh Lewis

Senior Project Manager

Organized, decisive, and driven, Josh approaches every project with a clear understanding of the client and company’s needs. His favorite part about his position is that no two projects are ever alike, as he is a person who enjoys overcoming the hurdles of a project from start to finish. Quite fitting to his problem–solving nature, he enjoys classic games that require lots of thought and strategy, from chess to backgammon to cribbage. Outside of work he also stays busy coaching youth baseball, softball, basketball, and his son’s Little League All-Star Team, who made it to the State Championship in 2024!
