2022 GLY Construction, Inc.

Headshot of Brian Caudle

Brian Caudle

QA/QC Superintendent

LEED AP, Associate DBIA™

Brian spent his first six years in the industry working on civil, large commercial and Sound Transit projects, starting his career as a Project Engineer. When he joined GLY, he immediately dove into the Lincoln Square Expansion, one of GLY’s largest projects to-date, and found his true calling as a Superintendent. When he’s not working on projects that change city skylines, he and his wife, Laure, venture into the great outdoors. In between his fly fishing, skiing, and motorcycling adventures, he visits his family as much as possible in Central Oregon and Montana.

Cassie Withrow

Executive Administrator

Excellent customer service comes naturally to Cassie, who approaches every task with a can-do attitude. As Executive Administrator, she enjoys working with people that encourage her and test her limits but allow her to have fun along the way. She manages her time—and many others’—with extraordinary ease and keeps things running like a well-oiled machine. Outside the office, you’ll find Cassie hiking, exploring the city, and when the sun comes out, boating on Lake Washington—all with her husband and pups by her side.

Headshot of Joe Sahlin

Joe Sahlin

Superintendent

Joe embodies a team player, believing that “a successful project is not achieved by a sole individual.” He consistently acts as the glue that adheres the various entities coordinating a project to one another, supporting the successful delivery of a high-quality product. Joe’s perspective that client expectations are a baseline to surpass, is a product of his competitive spirit.

Headshot of Reggie Grantham

Reggie Grantham

MEP Preconstruction Manager

Associate DBIA™

Reggie’s unique background makes him an invaluable member to any project team. He works with the goal of providing the best value to the client by pre-planning, scheduling, and tracking all aspects of the project. His strong relationships in the industry contribute to project successes, making coordinated efforts go as smoothly as possible.

Headshot of Kevin Eng

Kevin Eng

Senior Preconstruction Manager

LEED AP BD+C, Associate DBIA™

Kevin praises the aspect of GLY’s culture that provides a variety of paths for diverse abilities and personalities to flourish. Hired on as a Project Engineer, Kevin’s exceptional preconstruction talent quickly developed. As Sr. Preconstruction Manager today, his practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, resources and LEED criteria, and penchant for estimating varied and complex projects is benefitting all of our project teams.

Headshot Jeff Crawford

Jeff Crawford

Senior Project Manager

Jeff has award-winning attention to detail—literally—he was once recognized for creating the longest RFI ever written by a Project Engineer. Despite a background in design, which includes a BA in Architectural Studies from the University of Washington, Jeff discovered an organizer and planner role fit him best, so he turned his focus to managing the construction process. He joined GLY in 2006, applying his dual strengths in design and project management to our healthcare and life science projects. Away from work, Jeff enjoys playing basketball, running, and hiking with his family.

Headshot of Erik Bedell

Erik Bedell

Mechanical Specialist

PE, LEED Green Associate

Erik uses his extensive engineering background to assist with integrating mechanical systems into new and existing buildings. With many years of designing mechanical systems under his belt, he’s proven to be an invaluable asset at GLY—specializing in complex commercial, industrial, medical and biotech projects. Erik previously lived in Colorado, where he developed an obsession for mountain biking. Now racing competitively, he and his family own 12 bikes, living the principle that the correct amount of bikes to own is n+1, with n being the amount of bikes they currently own.

Headshot of Jane Mounsey

Jane Mounsey

Human Resources Director

SHRM-SCP

Jane is a proponent of the “work hard, play hard” mentality and enjoys balancing work with skiing—whether cheering on family during racing season, or creating her own adventures on slopes across the US. In her role at GLY, she keeps the talent rolling in and makes sure all facets of the HR spectrum are covered.
