Excellent customer service comes naturally to Cassie, who approaches every task with a can-do attitude. As Executive Administrator, she enjoys working with people that encourage her and test her limits but allow her to have fun along the way. She manages her time—and many others’—with extraordinary ease and keeps things running like a well-oiled machine. Outside the office, you’ll find Cassie hiking, exploring the city, and when the sun comes out, boating on Lake Washington—all with her husband and pups by her side.
Senior Project Engineer
A Bellevue native, Cameron built the foundation for his career through several internships at GLY and earning a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University. His project experience thus far has focused on downtown Bellevue, including the Lincoln Square Expansion and West Main mixed use development. Off the jobsite, he’s an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, skiing, and backpacking – and volunteering as a member of the King County Search and Rescue team. He recently stepped up to serve on the Coal Creek YMCA board of advisors.

Trevor is an industry innovator with over 22 years of experience devoted to creating synergy between architectural design and technical construction. Trevor leads strategic business planning for the company’s Virtual Design and Construction [VDC] and technology efforts and provides companywide training on GLY delivery philosophy and VDC process. Having been both a project architect and a construction manager, he identifies valuable opportunities for coordination and collaboration amongst designers, engineers, and tradespeople. Trevor respects each discipline’s individual process and expertise while ensuring constructability. Trevor’s downtime is spent playing with his kids or fishing.
Principal+Senior Project Manager
Tim has been with GLY since 2004 and has a hand in a variety of market sectors, but plays a key role in the firm’s residential and mixed-use projects. With experience in a wide range of project types, he adapts quickly to evolving trends and changing needs. On each project, Tim facilitates unique and team-oriented solutions to challenges that support the success of the entire team—owner, architect, tenant, and neighborhood, making him a trusted and respected Principal and Senior Project Manager whose industry relationships continue well beyond project completion. Tim’s skills and collaborative approach serve him well as a father of two daughters.
Human Resources Generalist
After earning an Associate's Degree in Communications/General Studies from Shoreline Community College, Allison joined GLY in 2019 as a Business Services Coordinator. Her passion and motivation quickly stood out, earning her the annual Team Player award in 2020, voted on by her peers. Today, Allison serves as our Human Resources Generalist, where she plays a key role in recruiting and retention initiatives. Outside of work, she is an avid outdoor enthusiast, loves attending concerts, and can often be found cheering on local sports teams.
Project Executive
With GLY since 1999, Amy has managed projects in all sectors and of all sizes. This versatility is what helps her guide teams in keeping the end goal in mind while addressing day-to-day challenges and complex problem-solving. She is an alumnus of the University of Washington with a BS in Construction Management and Minor in Architecture, has served on the board of her local YMCA, and is active in NAIOP and CREW. After work, Amy chases two very active children and the lifelong task of home remodeling.

As an Executive with a career spanning over 30 years across a wide spectrum of market sectors, Bill enjoys helping our highly capable builders lean into their relationships and take the responsibility needed to help our clients and partners succeed. Trained in architecture, he’s sustained an appreciation for design and has helped advance internal tools and technologies that help make GLY more proactive partners through every facet of a project’s life cycle. Today, Bill supports our Preconstruction + Estimating, VDC, and Marketing + Business Development teams and serves several community organizations focused on Education. He’s an avid cyclist, gardener, and family guy.

Truly a developer’s contractor, Monty brings tremendous energy and ingenuity to his clients. He built his career at GLY by delivering creative, value-based preconstruction services, and accurate, timely estimating based on his deep knowledge of current market unit pricing and trends in commodity pricing. Monty works closely with an agile group of construction management, design, and craft professionals who flex to the ever-evolving needs of a project. He is a specialist in the occupied environment, always thinking outside project confines to develop innovative solutions.
