His project experience thus far has focused on downtown Bellevue, including the Lincoln Square Expansion and West Main mixed use development. Off the jobsite, he’s an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, skiing, and backpacking – and volunteering as a member of the King County Search and Rescue team. Brad is a licensed Civil Engineer with a BSCE from Gonzaga University, but after a few years working in that discipline in Denver, he returned to the PNW to earn a Construction Management certificate from the University of Washington and joined GLY in 2008. His technical engineering skills continue to serve him well in his role as a Senior Project Engineer. He excels in coordinating structural work and large tenant build-outs for healthcare, residential, hospitality, and office high-rise projects. Dave has a background in both field supervision and construction management, a rarity that has resulted in a very loyal client base. He leads GLY’s Interiors + Special Projects division with enthusiasm, focusing exclusively on clients with specialized project needs—usually in response to change in the marketplace, in their business, or in supporting operations. He strongly identifies with GLY’s value of Invest in Each other and has a passion for mentoring we think is pretty amazing. Construction aside, Dave is first and foremost a family man devoted to his wife and daughters.

Joaquin approaches each day on the jobsite with a people-first attitude, emphasizing the importance of a collaborative team culture in finding efficient solutions and creating a learning environment for everyone. One of his favorite aspects of construction is that he leaves each workday having learned something new from his teammates. When he’s not out in the field, you can find Joaquin adventuring in the PNW with his 5 kids.

A Northwest native, Bryan embodies GLY’s collaborative, community-centered approach. As a Principal of the firm and our Operations Leader, he oversees GLY’s people resources, processes, and field labor delivery, working closely with salaried and craft team members, human resources, safety, and the Tool + Equipment Yard to ensure operational excellence across the company.
In years prior, Bryan specialized in delivering projects within occupied senior living and other sensitive environments, and continues to provide strategic support to teams working in those market sectors. Today, he also leads GLY’s Sustainability Advocacy Group, helping to identify and implement strategies that reduce the firm’s operational carbon footprint.
Beyond the workplace, Bryan is deeply involved with the Washington State chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, where he has served in a variety of board roles for more than 13 years. He and his family love taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest outdoors — boating in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Steven was on the move for much of his childhood. Born in Germany and raised in Texas, Colorado, Wyoming, and Washington, Steven learned to embrace new environments early on. He now thrives on meeting new people, leveraging the diversity among various backgrounds, and working together to find solutions. Steven earned a BS in Construction Management from Washington State University and now looks for opportunities to mentor college and high school students interested in a similar educational and career path. When the sun breaks through, he hops on his bike, works in the yard, plays football, and tries to improve his golf game.
