A Northwest native who embodies every aspect of GLY’s collaborative, community-centered approach, Bryan provides leadership on projects in the heart of thriving residential, educational, and corporate campuses that are fully occupied during construction. His unique skills, personality, and temperament make him ideally suited to work within occupied settings to safely and expediently deliver new construction nestled in with renovated spaces. Bryan oversees GLY’s Sustainability Advocacy Group and helps identify and implement strategies that reduce GLY’s operational carbon footprint. He and his family enjoy all the outdoor activities the PNW has to offer, including boating in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Project Manager

Project teams benefit from Spencer’s hit-the-ground-running attitude and determination in finding the best solutions for the task at hand. His natural ability to facilitate a collaborative environment by asking questions and bouncing ideas off team members often results in creative solutions for the tasks at hand. He enjoys applying many of the same concepts to parenting, as he raises three young children with his wife Taylor.
Superintendent
Joe embodies a team player, believing that “a successful project is not achieved by a sole individual.” He consistently acts as the glue that adheres the various entities coordinating a project to one another, supporting the successful delivery of a high-quality product. Joe’s perspective that client expectations are a baseline to surpass, is a product of his competitive spirit.
Project Executive

Troy’s been managing construction projects in the Pacific Northwest since 2000 and is one of our Interiors + Special Projects [ISP] team leaders. He specializes in unique renovation and improvement work in a variety of market sectors and has a long history of successfully delivering public agency projects using Job Order Contracting [JOC]. Troy enjoys collaborating with professionals of various disciplines to get fast-track projects started and completed on time. Outside of work, Troy enjoys lots of family time, good music, trying a new local beer, and cheering on his favorite sports team.
General Foreman
Joaquin approaches each day on the jobsite with a people-first attitude, emphasizing the importance of a collaborative team culture in finding efficient solutions and creating a learning environment for everyone. One of his favorite aspects of construction is that he leaves each workday having learned something new from his teammates. When he’s not out in the field, you can find Joaquin adventuring in the PNW with his 5 kids.
Senior Project Manager

Mike joined GLY in 2013 as a Project Engineer and has steadily increased his responsibilities, becoming a Project Manager in 2020. He holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington, where he later returned to earn a Commercial Real Estate Certificate. That’s just one example of Mike’s passion for continuous learning—and sharing with his teammates. He’s especially versed in the latest developments in 3D modeling and navigating the complex processes of advanced BIM visualization. After a long week at work, Mike burns off steam by running, cycling, and skiing.
Chief Estimator
LEED AP BD+C, Associate DBIA™
Kevin praises the aspect of GLY’s culture that provides a variety of paths for diverse abilities and personalities to flourish. Hired on as a Project Engineer, his exceptional preconstruction planning and cost estimating talent quickly developed. As our Chief Estimator, he provides 24 years of building experience and practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, resources and LEED criteria. A generous mentor and creative thinker, Kevin gets involved to guide and directly support estimating efforts on varied and complex projects at GLY.
General Foreman
Elie feels at home taking leadership on her jobsites, working with a team-first attitude, taking pride in the lasting relationships she builds with her colleagues, and ensuring everyone knows the great value of their contributions. Being a firm believer of “work smarter, not harder”—Elie addresses problems critically, always searching for ways to improved solutions and streamline processes through LEAN principles to reduce labor while simultaneously improving quality and minimizing errors. You can also find Elie feeling very much at home on skiis, her standup paddleboarding, and hiking + backpacking on the weekends.
