

Marketing Manager

Janine feels at home in the world of marketing since it combines her passion for art, writing and graphic design with her natural ability to organize, strategize, and analyze. While she enjoys her day-to-day responsibilities, facing new challenges, and the many opportunities to apply her creativity, her favorite part about her job isn’t even marketing-related; she loves working with people and getting to know everyone in the company top-down—from estimating to IT to the hundreds of hard-working craftspeople out in the field.

General Foreman
Israel brings over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and healthcare environments, managing complex projects from bid through closeout. A proud member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America, Local 360, Israel values craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork on every jobsite. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, traveling to support his children’s club lacrosse, and has a lifelong connection to the trades, with all of his brothers also working in construction. He also played collegiate football at California Lutheran University and later for the Pierce County Bengals.

Yard Coordinator
As a young girl Amanda lived in Hawaii, where a large portion of her family is Native Hawaiian. After moving to Monroe, Washington she spent her high school years in Mansfield, a small town in eastern Washington. She worked for local trucking company before joining GLY, driving HM350 Haul Trucks around jobsites to load onto lowboy trailers, or she calls them, giant Tonka trucks! As part of GLY’s tool and equipment team, she enjoys supporting Jobs from the ground up and watching as the build happens. Amanda and her husband originally met in middle school and later reconnected. Now you’ll find them riding dirt bikes with their kids and spending time exploring the PNW in their Jeep.

Project Engineer

Bringing a personable and bubbly attitude to project teams, Caitlin has no trouble connecting with any kind of client, owner, or architect. She finds the variability of a Project Engineer’s day-to-day to be fascinating and especially values her time on site which gives her a visual understanding of her work and the project as a whole. Driven by the same sense of curiosity and adventure outside of work, Caitlin stays very active with a variety of hobbies. When she is not trail running, skiing, or climbing, you’ll find her sewing winter adventure hats and hanging out with friends.

Project Engineer
Ronnie developed an early curiosity for construction, inspired by his father, who worked as president of a Seattle-based glass company and shared stories about the buildings he helped bring to life. Today, Ronnie focuses on relationship development within the industry, where he enjoys connecting with people and learning from their diverse experiences and perspectives. Outside of work, he stays active snowboarding, surfing, and playing soccer–and has even gone shark diving and can juggle.

Human Resources Director
With over 20 years of experience spanning construction, retail, and hospitality, Annika has mastered the art of building and maintaining a positive, inclusive work culture that fosters employee well-being and engagement. Holding a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, Management, and Entertainment from the University of Montana, Annika brings a blend of creative problem-solving and innovative strategies to her role at GLY. When not at work, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, attending concerts, or cheering at sporting events. Growing up playing softball and spending five years managing, assisting, and playing on the company coed softball team, Annika knows how to bring people together — both on and off the field. As the youngest of six, her experience with juggling multiple personalities is put to good use in HR! Annika is also a proud supporter of Sawhorse Revolution, the AGC Education Foundation, and JDRF Beat the Bridge.

Project Executive

Ben honed his exceptional leadership skills during his first calling as a high school English teacher, coach, and director of admissions. Patient, communicative, and adaptable to change, the AEC industry scored big when he decided to switch gears and earn another degree, this time in Civil Engineering. Progressing from Project Engineer to Project Executive at GLY, he continues to leverage his diverse background—listening intently to clients and teammates prior to making critical decisions. Hailing from Western New York, where cows outnumber residents, Ben remains a loyal Buffalo sports fan—Go Sabres and Bills!
