Cesar Torres

CFO

As a natural strategist with an adept financial insight, Cesar contributes immensely to the long-term success and profitability of GLY. As our CFO, Cesar oversees all accounting, financial reporting, and risk management functions. He partners closely with executive and operational leadership to drive financial performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and ensure strong fiscal stewardship across the organization.

Cesar spent more than 25 years in the construction industry before joining GLY, and values working in an industry that builds tangible, lasting structures. Outside the office, he is deeply family oriented–no small feat with more than 100 first cousins! Cesar spends much of his free time visiting family, playing sports with his kids, and volunteering within his community.

Elie Egan

Assistant Superintendent

Elie feels at home taking leadership on her jobsites, working with a team-first attitude, taking pride in the lasting relationships she builds with her colleagues, and ensuring everyone knows the great value of their contributions. Being a firm believer of “work smarter, not harder”—Elie addresses problems critically, always searching for ways to improved solutions and streamline processes through LEAN principles to reduce labor while simultaneously improving quality and minimizing errors. You can also find Elie feeling very much at home on skiis, her stand up paddleboard, and hiking and backpacking on the weekends.

Luke McArthur

Assistant Superintendent

Luke brings a diverse construction background that spans structural and civil project management, hands-on carpentry, and a passion for design and constructability. As Assistant Superintendent, he enjoys tackling challenges, improving processes, and helping teams deliver successful projects from start to finish. A U.S. Navy veteran, Luke enjoys archery hunting, snowboarding with his sons, paddleboarding, camping, and spontaneous weekend getaways with his wife.

Jeff Angehrn

Senior Construction Engineer

Jeff’s building career began in 1995 and he’s simply one of the best when it comes to complex structures; it’s been said that he’s memorized every detail of every sheet of every project he’s worked on. Plus, he’s repeatedly recognized by his teammates as an exceptional mentor. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Central Washington University. Off the jobsite, Jeff’s an adventurous spirit who enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, boating, snowmobiling, off roading, fishing, and hunting in the remote wilderness.

Kyla Grennan

Business Development Manager

Kyla brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and building services. Since 2014, she has helped drive growth through strategic planning, creative thinking, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Known for her attention to detail and client focus, Kyla is trusted by teammates, clients, and partners alike. Her collaborative approach and commitment to innovation make her a key member of our Marketing and Business Development team.

Outside of work, Kyla enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Lincoln. She's an avid fan of live music and outdoor concerts, always up for a local adventure or cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks! She also enjoys traveling and hitting the golf course whenever she can. Kyla is a longtime member of the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE), where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.

GLY

Cameron Cole

Senior Project Engineer

A Bellevue native, Cameron built the foundation for his career through several internships at GLY and earning a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University. His project experience thus far has focused on downtown Bellevue, including the Lincoln Square Expansion and West Main mixed use development. Off the jobsite, he’s an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, skiing, and backpacking – and volunteering as a member of the King County Search and Rescue team. He recently stepped up to serve on the Coal Creek YMCA board of advisors.
