During phases three and four of the UW Valley Medical Center Diagnostics + Testing tenant improvement project, GLY renovated the vacated emergency, nuclear medicine, diagnostic imaging, and administration departments.

The new advanced imaging clinic [Phase 3] features a new MRI suite, two spec CTs, gamma ray, CT and C-Arm rooms, and support spaces. Once the imaging clinic moved to its new location, the team renovated its previous space to create administration offices for medical center staff [Phase 4].

Scope of work consisted of interior demolition, structural and MEP upgrades, systems infrastructure routing, modifications to accommodate imaging equipment delivery, quench vent installation, a new exterior pedestrian canopy, and associated site work.
