Snoqualmie Valley Health expanded its campus with a modular addition designed around a new 80 cm extra-wide bore MRI system, enhancing access to advanced diagnostic imaging for the local community. Connected to the existing hospital, the addition seamlessly integrates new technology into the existing care environment.

The project required careful coordination to maintain hospital operations while completing site preparation, foundations, utility improvements, parking lot modifications, and connections to the existing facility. Creative solutions addressed drainage, grading, and waterproofing challenges while avoiding extensive utility relocations.

By leveraging offsite prefabrication, the team streamlined construction and minimized disruption to patients, staff, and daily operations. The completed project strengthens the hospital's diagnostic capabilities while supporting uninterrupted patient care throughout construction.
