Phase II of Quil Ceda Creek Counseling Center’s [Q4C] growth – delivered through a GC/CM partnership Tulalip Tribal Federal Corporation [TTFC], Q4C, Rice Fergus Miller - significantly increases the facility’s capacity to better serve the Tulalip community. The multi-phased renovation and 5,000 square foot expansion nearly doubles the size of the existing facility, allowing Q4C to enhance its integrated counseling and medical services and whole‑person approach to intensive outpatient care.

The expanded space supports medication-assisted treatment, primary care, individual and group counseling, therapy rooms, resource navigation, and child watch services.

Scope of work included selective demolition, MEPF system modifications such as new rooftop mechanical units and electrical panel, framing, piping, new terminal units, flooring, casework, and ceiling systems.
