Growing demand for procedural and imaging services drove this five-phase renovation of Northwest Hospital's A-Wing. The project transformed clinical, office, and shelled space across the first and second floors, adding new perioperative, interventional radiology [IR], and ultrasound capabilities while keeping hospital operations fully functional.

Delivering those upgrades required complex infrastructure work above an active cardiac cath lab, including slab penetrations, conduit installation, system rerouting, and modifications to existing building systems. Working within occupied clinical areas and congested interstitial spaces, the team partnered closely with hospital staff to coordinate every phase, maintain patient care services, and safely navigate the challenges of construction in an active healthcare environment.
