Since 1983, Snoqualmie Valley Health [SVH] has been dedicated to serving the communities of Snoqualmie, North Bend, Carnation, Preston, Fall City, and the surrounding areas with compassionate care. Now, SVH is expanding its footprint with the HUB—a visionary, 80,000+ square-foot, state-of-the-art medical office building [MOB] and ambulatory surgery center [ASC] designed to foster wellness and community connection.

Delivered through a collaborative GC/CM partnership, the HUB brings essential healthcare services closer to home while offering unique community-focused amenities such as a three-story climbing wall and a full-service restaurant. This innovative facility will create 225 new jobs and welcome more than 30 new medical providers to better meet the growing needs of the region.

Currently under construction, the HUB will feature:

  • 33 Medical Exam Rooms
  • 4 Operating Rooms
  • Advanced Radiology Suite
  • Rehabilitation Center
  • Pharmacy + Laboratory
  • Office + Conferencing Spaces
  • Fitness Gym w/Climbing Wall
  • Full-Service Restaurant + Community Café
  • Versatile Community Meeting Spaces
  • Ample Surface Parking

Site improvements include traffic signalization, stormwater detention, primary power service, wetlands mitigation and restoration, a public boardwalk and trail, EV charging stations, landscaping, feature stairs, and retaining walls—ensuring the facility integrates seamlessly with the overall SVH campus and natural environment.
