

Project Engineer
Ruby brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as a Project Engineer, combining an academic background in architecture and construction management with hands-on experience working for electrical contractors. She is passionate about the built environment and values the balance between thoughtful design and practical constructability. Outside of work, she enjoys embroidering, thrifting, dancing, and sketching around the Seattle area – often finishing her drawings over a glass of wine.

Senior Estimator
David is an experienced Senior Estimator with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. He offers expertise in Design Management, Facility Management (FM), Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Constructability. He has utilized his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management by becoming a strong community and social services professional who lives by the mantra: "Clarity...No surprises, just choices."

Elie feels at home taking leadership on her jobsites, working with a team-first attitude, taking pride in the lasting relationships she builds with her colleagues, and ensuring everyone knows the great value of their contributions. Being a firm believer of “work smarter, not harder”—Elie addresses problems critically, always searching for ways to improved solutions and streamline processes through LEAN principles to reduce labor while simultaneously improving quality and minimizing errors. You can also find Elie feeling very much at home on skiis, her stand up paddleboard, and hiking and backpacking on the weekends.

Design Engineer
Grace approaches design with a big-picture perspective while ensuring constructability through careful attention to detail. Grace is passionate about the intersection of design and construction, continuously learning how each can strengthen the other to deliver quality outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, walks around Green Lake, cheering on the Mariners [and Shohei Ohtani], and has even soared through the Austrian Alps and worked at the Space Needle during college.

Senior Project Engineer
Known for his unwavering ability to always follow through, Demetrious is motivated by a determination to deliver the best end result to clients. As a Senior Project Engineer, he is organized, proactive, and committed, and finds great reward in his ability to solve the daily challenges that this industry brings. Outside of work he is equally as driven. As a second-generation Greek American, Demetrious has been heavily involved in the Greek church and Greek Language School. He has backpacked across Asia, hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, and, when he's not busy with the responsibilities of parenthood, enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and skiing throughout the Pacific Northwest.

It’s no wonder that Laura’s passion is helping people find their potential. She’s worked hard to creatively forge her own career path and achieve her goals. She is active in a number of industry groups and peer networks focused on green building and leads GLY’s internal sustainability efforts. Her background as a Project Manager allows her to connect with clients and project teams to drive sustainability project goals while keeping budget and schedule at the forefront. Laura brings her love of responsible practices [and infectious good spirits] to every project.

Chief Estimator

Kevin praises the aspect of GLY’s culture that provides a variety of paths for diverse abilities and personalities to flourish. Hired on as a Project Engineer, his exceptional preconstruction planning and cost estimating talent quickly developed. As our Chief Estimator, he provides 24 years of building experience and practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, resources and LEED criteria. A generous mentor and creative thinker, Kevin gets involved to guide and directly support estimating efforts on varied and complex projects at GLY.
