David Craig
Senior Estimator
David is an experienced Senior Estimator with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. He offers expertise in Design Management, Facility Management (FM), Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Constructability. He has utilized his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management by becoming a strong community and social services professional who lives by the mantra: "Clarity...No surprises, just choices."
Jon Evatt

With over 13 years of experience in construction—much of it focused on healthcare—Jon brings a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every project. Known for his strong work ethic and passion for building both on and off the job site, he combines technical expertise in civil and project engineering with hands-on know-how. Jon excels at resolving complex construction challenges, aligning design intent with client expectations, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. His deep understanding of the unique demands of healthcare construction adds value at every phase. Outside of work, Jon channels that same problem‑solving mindset into DIY projects with his wife, son, and daughter, and enjoys staying active through skiing and hiking.

Kevin praises the aspect of GLY’s culture that provides a variety of paths for diverse abilities and personalities to flourish. Hired on as a Project Engineer, his exceptional preconstruction planning and cost estimating talent quickly developed. As our Chief Estimator, he provides 24 years of building experience and practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, resources and LEED criteria. A generous mentor and creative thinker, Kevin gets involved to guide and directly support estimating efforts on varied and complex projects at GLY.

Luke brings a diverse construction background that spans structural and civil project management, hands-on carpentry, and a passion for design and constructability. As Assistant Superintendent, he enjoys tackling challenges, improving processes, and helping teams deliver successful projects from start to finish. A U.S. Navy veteran, Luke enjoys archery hunting, snowboarding with his sons, paddleboarding, camping, and spontaneous weekend getaways with his wife.
Cesar Torres
CFO
As a natural strategist with an adept financial insight, Cesar contributes immensely to the long-term success and profitability of GLY. As our CFO, Cesar oversees all accounting, financial reporting, and risk management functions. He partners closely with executive and operational leadership to drive financial performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and ensure strong fiscal stewardship across the organization.
Cesar spent more than 25 years in the construction industry before joining GLY, and values working in an industry that builds tangible, lasting structures. Outside the office, he is deeply family oriented–no small feat with more than 100 first cousins! Cesar spends much of his free time visiting family, playing sports with his kids, and volunteering within his community.
Garrick Hughes

Since joining GLY in 2007, Garrick’s led construction to support the growth of multiple prominent tech companies, as well as high rise build outs and boutique historic re-developments. Managing complex projects and working with a wide spectrum of people and multi-disciplinary firms to meet client commitments and expectations set years in advance of project completion continues to be the focus of his career. Garrick holds an MBA in Finance from Seattle University as well as a BS in Construction Management from WSU, and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from UW. He became a firm partner in 2019. A Northwest Native, Garrick’s involved in several local community and professional organizations, and never misses an opportunity for an outdoor adventure, exploring mountains with his wife, two daughters, and son.
Elie Egan

Elie feels at home taking leadership on her jobsites, working with a team-first attitude, taking pride in the lasting relationships she builds with her colleagues, and ensuring everyone knows the great value of their contributions. Being a firm believer of “work smarter, not harder”—Elie addresses problems critically, always searching for ways to improved solutions and streamline processes through LEAN principles to reduce labor while simultaneously improving quality and minimizing errors. You can also find Elie feeling very much at home on skiis, her stand up paddleboard, and hiking and backpacking on the weekends.
