Dan Frye
Layout Superintendent
Dan is GLY’s go-to guy for anything and everything relating to site surveys and layout. As a consummate team player and expert on layout technology, Dan is responsible for not only planning and coordinating project needs with superintendents, but also for training and educating the GLY Layout Crew and helping The Yard with long range equipment planning. When he’s not out in the field, Dan is 100% family man, spending as much time with his wife and kids as he can.
Kyle Morgan

Kyle joined the GLY team immediately after earning a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington in 2006. His honesty and affability have been a mainstay, and he takes a forthright approach to resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction. After all these years, he still looks forward the unique challenges that come with each individual project and appreciates that no two days are ever alike. While things keep him on his toes at the jobsite, Kyle unwinds by listening to his favorite CDs and records or going to live concerts. Music just sounds better when it’s an experience!
Ruby Kahnberg
Project Engineer
Ruby brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as a Project Engineer, combining an academic background in architecture and construction management with hands-on experience working for electrical contractors. She is passionate about the built environment and values the balance between thoughtful design and practical constructability. Outside of work, she enjoys embroidering, thrifting, dancing, and sketching around the Seattle area – often finishing her drawings over a glass of wine.
Tim Campbell

Tim has been with GLY since 2004 and has a hand in a variety of market sectors. With experience in a wide range of project types, he adapts quickly to evolving trends and changing needs. On each project, Tim facilitates unique and team-oriented solutions to challenges that support the success of the entire team—owner, architect, tenant, and adjacent stakeholders, making him a trusted and respected leader whose industry relationships continue well beyond project completion.
Caitlin Eckert
Project Engineer

Bringing a personable and bubbly attitude to project teams, Caitlin has no trouble connecting with any kind of client, owner, or architect. She finds the variability of a Project Engineer’s day-to-day to be fascinating and especially values her time on site which gives her a visual understanding of her work and the project as a whole. Driven by the same sense of curiosity and adventure outside of work, Caitlin stays very active with a variety of hobbies. When she is not trail running, skiing, or climbing, you’ll find her sewing winter adventure hats and hanging out with friends.
Steven Siler
General Foreman
Steven is a detail-oriented professional known for his resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication across diverse teams. With experience leading work, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality assurance, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to every project. Steven’s career began with lutherie—the art of crafting stringed instruments—which sparked his passion for woodworking and led him to run a custom cabinet business in Arizona for over a decade. After relocating to the Seattle area, he joined the Carpenters Union in 2016 and continues to build a career grounded in craftsmanship and service. Outside of work, Steven is an accomplished musician who plays drums for the Seahawks [while playing a wide variety of other instruments at home as well] and has traveled to over 24 countries.
Demetrios Stamatakis
Senior Project Engineer
Known for his unwavering ability to always follow through, Demetrious is motivated by a determination to deliver the best end result to clients. As a Senior Project Engineer, he is organized, proactive, and committed, and finds great reward in his ability to solve the daily challenges that this industry brings. Outside of work he is equally as driven. As a second-generation Greek American, Demetrious has been heavily involved in the Greek church and Greek Language School. He has backpacked across Asia, hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, and, when he's not busy with the responsibilities of parenthood, enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and skiing throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Amereo Forks
General Foreman
As a decisive person with a positive and open-minded attitude, Amereo enjoys the everyday team collaboration. As a General Foreman, Amereo makes good job-site morale and cohesive team environment a priority. He finds joy in seeing the building team bring a client’s vision to life from start to finish. At home, Amereo enjoys tackling small projects and spending time with his family. Fun fact: Amereo is a twin!
Sarah Cunningham
General Foreman
As a General Foreman, Sarah is known for always thinking ahead and looking out for everyone’s best interest. She enjoys the camaraderie on the jobsite and the pride that comes from persevering and building something together. A recent project of Sarah's featured a major geothermal energy system, and she used that experience to teach others at GLY about geothermal energy and how different types of systems can be used. Her hobbies include hiking, cycling, gardening, and traveling the world every chance she gets. But her favorite thing? Golden Retrievers!
