Layout Superintendent
Dan is GLY’s go-to guy for anything and everything relating to site surveys and layout. As a consummate team player and expert on layout technology, Dan is responsible for not only planning and coordinating project needs with superintendents, but also for training and educating the GLY Layout Crew and helping The Yard with long range equipment planning. When he’s not out in the field, Dan is 100% family man, spending as much time with his wife and kids as he can.
Project Engineer
Mohammed’s building career began in the United Arab Emirates where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. He worked on several projects in the area ranging between mixed use, commercial and infrastructure sectors. Mohammed is an intrinsically detail-oriented team-player, and always emphasizes proactive planning on his projects. He exercises these same skills on the field while playing his favorite sport: soccer!
Director of Interiors | Special Projects
Dave has a background in both field supervision and construction management, a rarity that has resulted in a very loyal client base. He leads GLY’s Interiors | Special Projects division with enthusiasm , focusing exclusively on clients with specialized project needs—usually in response to change in the marketplace, in their business, or in supporting operations. He strongly identifies with GLY’s value of Invest in Each other and has a passion for mentoring we think is pretty amazing. Construction aside, Dave is first and foremost a family man devoted to his wife and daughters.
Senior Project Manager
With GLY since 1999, Amy has managed projects in all sectors and of all sizes. This versatility is what helps her guide teams in keeping the end goal in mind while addressing day-to-day challenges and complex problem-solving. She is an alumnus of the University of Washington with a BS in Construction Management and Minor in Architecture, has served on the board of her local YMCA, and is active in NAIOP and CREW. After work, Amy chases two very active children and the lifelong task of home remodeling.
CFO
When Joe joined GLY in 2016 as Director of Finance, he brought 15+ years of industry experience with him, along with a refreshing angle on the ideas of service, integrity, and value. In late 2018 he was named CFO. In this role he supports GLY’s ongoing pursuit of positive development and champions new technology to improve processes. A Chicago native, Joe still roots for the Cubs but is more likely to be seen on the soccer field or swimming bleachers cheering for his three daughters.
Accounting Manager
Chris leads GLY’s Accounting department with an enthusiasm for a supportive and tight-knit team culture. He views accounting as a new puzzle to solve each day and enjoys working through the challenges that accompany them. In his spare time, you can find Chris continuing to exercise his mind while reading, writing, and playing board games and video games.
Project Accounting Manager
Cathy is a key player on our Accounting team, where her great smile and attitude make you happy to be talking about numbers. In her spare time, Cathy hangs out with her family, watches baseball [her sons all played college ball], works out, and bakes [especially if it involves chocolate]. Cathy also enjoys gardening, although not the deer, moles, and slugs that go with it.

In the short time Benji has been with GLY, he has already distinguished himself as a hardworking and reliable team player who is continuously learning all he can. He is often the first to arrive and last to leave—by choice!—as he truly enjoys his work and is always willing to take on new challenges and push himself to keep learning and growing. Benji can also often be found biking and enjoying the outdoors. |

Mike joined GLY in 2013 as a Project Engineer and has steadily increased his responsibilities, becoming a Project Manager in 2020. He holds a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington, where he later returned to earn a Commercial Real Estate Certificate. That’s just one example of Mike’s passion for continuous learning—and sharing with his teammates. He’s especially versed in the latest developments in 3D modeling and navigating the complex processes of advanced BIM visualization. After a long week at work, Mike burns off steam by running, cycling, and skiing.
