Sean Royal

Project Engineer

Sean recently joined GLY after completing two internships which gave him firsthand experience on high-stakes projects in the construction industry. With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology, he brings a solid foundation of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to his role as Project Engineer. In this capacity, he handles key responsibilities in trade management, overseeing work scopes, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and supporting project scheduling and budgeting. A Kirkland native, Sean enjoys spending his free time on Lake Washington, hitting the golf course, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Dennis Sizemore

Cement Mason Superintendent

Dennis is the go-to guy on anything and everything concrete. At age 15, he poured and finished driveways, patios, and shop slabs. When he started at GLY at 18, he was the youngest journeyman in his union. Today, he's a concrete master who oversees projects up to one million square feet. His favorite aspect of the job is the constant change of scenery since he's not on one single project for an extensive amount of time. While concrete is a big part of Dennis’s life, he makes plenty of room for his kids, fishing, hiking, and visiting Kauai, his happy place.

Troy Alexander

Project Executive

Troy’s been managing construction projects in the Pacific Northwest since 2000 and is one of our Interiors + Special Projects [ISP] team leaders. He specializes in unique renovation and improvement work in a variety of market sectors and has a long history of successfully delivering public agency projects using Job Order Contracting [JOC]. Troy enjoys collaborating with professionals of various disciplines to get fast-track projects started and completed on time. Outside of work, Troy enjoys lots of family time, good music, trying a new local beer, and cheering on his favorite sports team.

René Ansdell

René’s background in construction management and architecture provide her with a fluency in both languages, adding value to each of her projects through this diverse perspective and the ability to see the bigger picture. She is highly detail-oriented, an eager learner, and always emphasizes the importance of staying in close communication. After work, you can find René hiking, painting or drawing, or playing softball and flag football.

Jose manages the day-to-day activities of a construction site with an infectious positive, can-do attitude. Jose’s obvious dedication to his work, the team, and the client makes him a valuable, well-respected, and influential leader on the jobsite

Cameron Cole

Senior Project Engineer

A Bellevue native, Cameron built the foundation for his career through several internships at GLY and earning a BS in Construction Management from Weber State University. His project experience thus far has focused on downtown Bellevue, including the Lincoln Square Expansion and West Main mixed use development. Off the jobsite, he’s an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, skiing, and backpacking – and volunteering as a member of the King County Search and Rescue team. He recently stepped up to serve on the Coal Creek YMCA board of advisors.

Candace Minerich

General Counsel

A Colorado native, Candace obtained her law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. After Hurricane Katrina, she found good prospects out West practicing construction law – making her a valuable asset to our risk management team.
