GLY President + CEO Ted Herb reflects on the process used to revamp the firm’s vision, purpose, and values. As with most firms that have been around for some time, this is not the first time GLY revisited its purpose and values statements, but the approach was much different than years past.

GLY has promoted Ted Herb to CEO, succeeding Jim Karambelas, who is retiring after 25 years with the company. Chief Financial Officer Joe Bonacci and Senior Project Managers Tess Wakasugi-Don and Garrick Hughes were added as shareholders.
