Crews from GLY Construction have broken ground on a new apartment building at Emerald Heights senior living community in Redmond. The project, called the Courtyard Apartments, was first announced in 2017 but suffered several setbacks as a result of COVID-19 and construction delays. Now things are back on track and the building is set to be complete and ready for residents in quarter four of 2023.

After numerous delays related to the Covid-19 pandemic and challenges in the construction industry, GLY broke ground on The Courtyard.

This upgrade presented many challenges: How could this be done with the least inconvenience to residents, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost?
