Steven is a detail-oriented professional known for his resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication across diverse teams. With experience leading work, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality assurance, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to every project. Steven’s career began with lutherie—the art of crafting stringed instruments—which sparked his passion for woodworking and led him to run a custom cabinet business in Arizona for over a decade. After relocating to the Seattle area, he joined the Carpenters Union in 2016 and continues to build a career grounded in craftsmanship and service. Outside of work, Steven is an accomplished musician who plays drums for the Seahawks [while playing a wide variety of other instruments at home as well] and has traveled to over 24 countries.

Ruby brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as a Project Engineer, combining an academic background in architecture and construction management with hands-on experience working for electrical contractors. She is passionate about the built environment and values the balance between thoughtful design and practical constructability. Outside of work, she enjoys embroidering, thrifting, dancing, and sketching around the Seattle area – often finishing her drawings over a glass of wine.

As a natural strategist with an adept financial insight, Cesar contributes immensely to the long-term success and profitability of GLY. As our CFO, Cesar oversees all accounting, financial reporting, and risk management functions. He partners closely with executive and operational leadership to drive financial performance, support strategic growth initiatives, and ensure strong fiscal stewardship across the organization.

Cesar spent more than 25 years in the construction industry before joining GLY, and values working in an industry that builds tangible, lasting structures. Outside the office, he is deeply family oriented–no small feat with more than 100 first cousins! Cesar spends much of his free time visiting family, playing sports with his kids, and volunteering within his community.

Nik combines engineering expertise with a practical understanding of project delivery, helping clients and project teams navigate the technical challenges that come with today's most sophisticated facilities. His experience from the owner, engineer, and contractor perspectives gives him a unique ability to connect stakeholders and drive successful outcomes across advanced technology, industrial, alternative energy, and mission critical projects. A licensed Professional Engineer, Nik is known for his collaborative approach, technical leadership, and commitment to building strong teams. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and travel, having visited 22 countries with Africa and Antarctica still on his bucket list.

A true self-starter, Bill's claim that he can fix just about anything is backed by a lifetime of hands-on experience. His passion for building began at age 8, assembling bicycles, and continued through his teenage years, when he built cars and fabricated metal frames. By 21, he had entered the trades, laying the foundation for a successful career in construction supervision. Outside of work, Bill enjoys fishing and traveling the world with his wife.

Danny thrives in the fast-paced world of construction, where no two days are the same and every project brings a new challenge to solve. He enjoys tackling the technical complexities of each job and finding solutions that keep projects moving forward. He channels the focus and drive that project management brings into his hobbies as well, as he has spent 20+ years in combat sports, motorcycling, and golfing. A proud father of twin daughters, Danny has become an expert in negotiation, multitasking, and conflict resolution, and spends much of his free time supporting their many hobbies + interests.
