Grace approaches design with a big-picture perspective while ensuring constructability through careful attention to detail. Grace is passionate about the intersection of design and construction, continuously learning how each can strengthen the other to deliver quality outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, walks around Green Lake, cheering on the Mariners [and Shohei Ohtani], and has even soared through the Austrian Alps and worked at the Space Needle during college.

Ronnie developed an early curiosity for construction, inspired by his father, who worked as president of a Seattle-based glass company and shared stories about the buildings he helped bring to life. Today, Ronnie focuses on relationship development within the industry, where he enjoys connecting with people and learning from their diverse experiences and perspectives. Outside of work, he stays active snowboarding, surfing, and playing soccer–and has even gone shark diving and can juggle.

Israel brings over 20 years of experience in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and healthcare environments, managing complex projects from bid through closeout. A proud member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America, Local 360, Israel values craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork on every jobsite. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, traveling to support his children’s club lacrosse, and has a lifelong connection to the trades, with all of his brothers also working in construction. He also played collegiate football at California Lutheran University and later for the Pierce County Bengals.

Steven is a detail-oriented professional known for his resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication across diverse teams. With experience leading work, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality assurance, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to every project. Steven’s career began with lutherie—the art of crafting stringed instruments—which sparked his passion for woodworking and led him to run a custom cabinet business in Arizona for over a decade. After relocating to the Seattle area, he joined the Carpenters Union in 2016 and continues to build a career grounded in craftsmanship and service. Outside of work, Steven is an accomplished musician who plays drums for the Seahawks [while playing a wide variety of other instruments at home as well] and has traveled to over 24 countries.

Ruby brings a well-rounded perspective to her role as a Project Engineer, combining an academic background in architecture and construction management with hands-on experience working for electrical contractors. She is passionate about the built environment and values the balance between thoughtful design and practical constructability. Outside of work, she enjoys embroidering, thrifting, dancing, and sketching around the Seattle are – often finishing her drawings over a glass of wine.
