Assistant Yard Superintendent
Since joining GLY in 2010, Nate has been a valuable member of our Tool + Equipment Yard team, playing an integral role in the smooth operation of our projects. In addition to his supervisory duties, Nate also supports projects through GPR scanning services. Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children. He is passionate about all types of outdoor activities, particularly those shared with his family.
Tyler Roschinger

With over 25 years of experience, Tyler delivers some of GLY’s most complex projects. His background in engineering, a number of certifications, ongoing industry education, and a full spectrum of market sectors on his resume bring a blend of professional knowledge and building capabilities that are ideal for highly technical projects. His approach? A balance of strong leadership and communication.
Kyla Grennan
Business Development Manager
Kyla brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and building services. Since 2014, she has helped drive growth through strategic planning, creative thinking, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Known for her attention to detail and client focus, Kyla is trusted by teammates, clients, and partners alike. Her collaborative approach and commitment to innovation make her a key member of our Marketing and Business Development team.
Outside of work, Kyla enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Lincoln. She's an avid fan of live music and outdoor concerts, always up for a local adventure or cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks! She also enjoys traveling and hitting the golf course whenever she can. Kyla is a longtime member of the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE), where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Dennis Sizemore
Cement Mason Superintendent
Dennis is the go-to guy on anything and everything concrete. At age 15, he poured and finished driveways, patios, and shop slabs. When he started at GLY at 18, he was the youngest journeyman in his union. Today, he's a concrete master who oversees projects up to one million square feet. His favorite aspect of the job is the constant change of scenery since he's not on one single project for an extensive amount of time. While concrete is a big part of Dennis’s life, he makes plenty of room for his kids, fishing, hiking, and visiting Kauai, his happy place.
Stephen Robeson
Director of ISP | Project Executive

As Director of Interiors + Special Projects [ISP], Stephen oversees client service, operational excellence, and employee development for the GLY teams that specialize in renovation and tenant improvement work. He has 20+ years of experience in this environment, including alternative delivery for clients in K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Public Works. He is an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor and holds a BS in Construction Management from Central Washington University. With GLY since 2018, he is known for his high energy and ability to juggle multiple commitments with ease while still making time to mentor and guide others. He is an active member of the South Sound community who enjoys spending time with family exploring the outdoors.
Rick Thompson
General Foreman
As a professional in the industry for more than 50 years, Rick shares advice that has served him well in life: “Love what you do and treat everyone the way you want to be treated.” As a General Foreman at GLY, he finds great satisfaction in working with clients and seeing what the team has accomplished at the end of each day. Building is Rick’s lifelong passion, and it extends into his hobbies as well. You can usually find him in his home shop, where he builds exotic furniture, restores old motorcycles, and crafts his own fishing lures and setups. He also spends time preparing his gear for his favorite seasons—spring and fall—when he takes his fishing boat out on the Puget Sound or heads into the outdoors to enjoy hunting.
Bryan Haakenson
Principal+Operations

A Northwest native, Bryan embodies GLY’s collaborative, community-centered approach. As a Principal of the firm and our Operations Leader, he oversees GLY’s people resources, processes, and field labor delivery, working closely with salaried and craft team members, human resources, safety, and the Tool + Equipment Yard to ensure operational excellence across the company.
In years prior, Bryan specialized in delivering projects within occupied senior living and other sensitive environments, and continues to provide strategic support to teams working in those market sectors. Today, he also leads GLY’s Sustainability Advocacy Group, helping to identify and implement strategies that reduce the firm’s operational carbon footprint.
Beyond the workplace, Bryan is deeply involved with the Washington State chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, where he has served in a variety of board roles for over a decade. He and his family love taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest outdoors — boating in the summer and skiing in the winter.
