Today, as PE Operations Manager, he leads the charge in setting Project Engineers up for success—focusing on development, growth, and establishing mentorships. Greg’s ability to recognize and appreciate diversity in personalities and skills among the group helps cultivate a learning environment that leaves plenty of room for exploration and innovation. Outside of work, Greg's go-to pastimes include mountain biking, fly fishing, and cooking for family and friends.

Excellent customer service comes naturally to Cassie, who approaches every task with a can-do attitude. As Executive Administrator, she enjoys working with people that encourage her and test her limits but allow her to have fun along the way. She manages her time—and many others’—with extraordinary ease and keeps things running like a well-oiled machine. Outside the office, you’ll find Cassie hiking, exploring the city, and when the sun comes out, boating on Lake Washington—all with her husband and pups by her side.

She is highly detail-oriented, an eager learner, and always emphasizes the importance of staying in close communication. After work, you can find René hiking, painting or drawing, or playing softball and flag football.
Chris Kelley
Senior Project Engineer
Chris is a key player on our Interiors + Special Projects team [ISP], collaborating closely with stakeholders and trade partners in sensitive healthcare and life sciences environments. Before moving to the Northwest, he worked on several notable projects in Oregon and California. As a Senior Project Engineer, Chris specializes in detailed estimates, trade partner management, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and organized field delivery. Outside of work, he’s an avid backpacker, hiker, dog lover, kayaker, and camper. Fun fact: while attending the University of Texas at Austin, Chris was a member of the Caretaker and Handler team for Bevo, the university’s live longhorn steer mascot!

Ben honed his exceptional leadership skills during his first calling as a high school English teacher, coach, and director of admissions. Patient, communicative, and adaptable to change, the AEC industry scored big when he decided to switch gears and earn another degree, this time in Civil Engineering. Progressing from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager at GLY, he continues to leverage his diverse background—listening intently to clients and teammates prior to making critical decisions. Hailing from Western New York, where cows outnumber residents, Ben remains a loyal Buffalo sports fan—Go Sabres and Bills!

He built his career at GLY by delivering creative, value-based preconstruction services, and accurate, timely estimating based on his deep knowledge of current market unit pricing and trends in commodity pricing. Monty works closely with an agile group of construction management, design, and craft professionals who flex to the ever-evolving needs of a project. He is a specialist in the occupied environment, always thinking outside project confines to develop innovative solutions.
