Before entering construction safety, Isaias began his career as a wildland firefighter, where he developed a calm, confident approach to risk management. That experience made his transition into safety and construction management a natural progression. He has since proven himself a strong leader, capable of guiding teams of safety professionals and fostering a culture rooted in accountability and safe work practices, making him the perfect fit for Safety Director at GLY. Outside of work, Isaias stays active through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, strength training, running, hiking, and golfing, and he enjoys spending downtime reading.
