Now serving as President and CEO, he brings a collaborative spirit, deep technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to every facet of the business. Tyler’s leadership has guided some of GLY’s most complex and transformative projects—from integrated hospital expansions to urban highrise developments. His commitment to client advocacy and team empowerment continues to inspire innovation and elevate performance across the organization.
Stephen Robeson
Project Executive

Stephen is one of our Interiors + Special Projects [ISP] team leaders, overseeing renovation and tenant improvement work in multiple market sectors. He is an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor and holds a BS in Construction Management from Central Washington University. With GLY since 2018, he is known for his high energy and ability to juggle multiple commitments with ease while still making time to mentor and guide others. He is an active member of the Puyallup community who enjoys spending time with family exploring the outdoors.
Steven Li
Senior Estimator
With a 30+ year career in the construction industry, Steven is an Experienced Senior Estimator known for his expertise in Value Engineering, Integrated Project Delivery, Project Engineering, CPM Scheduling, and Constructability. Holding a Master of Engineering in Construction Management and Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia, as well as an MBA from the University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Steven brings a wealth of global knowledge to every project. Outside of work, Steven is passionate about staying active and enjoys hiking, jogging, cycling, and other outdoor activities. He’s also training in Filipino martial arts, focusing on Arnis, and is preparing for his black belt test — a journey that combines physical skill with cultural heritage. He is dedicated to promoting human health and wellness, with a personal interest in biology and neuroscience, particularly in areas like weight management and mental well-being. A Seattle resident for over 22 years, Steven roots for the Seattle Seahawks and cherishes time with his wife and teenage daughter.
Kyla Grennan
Business Development Manager
Kyla brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and building services. Since 2014, she has helped drive growth through strategic planning, creative thinking, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Known for her attention to detail and client focus, Kyla is trusted by teammates, clients, and partners alike. Her collaborative approach and commitment to innovation make her a key member of our Marketing and Business Development team.
Outside of work, Kyla enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Lincoln. She's an avid fan of live music and outdoor concerts, always up for a local adventure or cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks! She also enjoys traveling and hitting the golf course whenever she can. Kyla is a longtime member of the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE), where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.
Nate Downs
Assistant Yard Superintendent
Since joining GLY in 2010, Nate has been a valuable member of our Tool + Equipment Yard team, playing an integral role in the smooth operation of our projects. In addition to his supervisory duties, Nate also supports projects through GPR scanning services. Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children. He is passionate about all types of outdoor activities, particularly those shared with his family.
Brian Sandall

LEED Green Associate
Brian’s 30+ year career includes many of GLY’s most recognizable healthcare projects. He will do whatever it takes to keep clients happy and is known to keep a stash of chocolate hard hats on hand for hospital staff just in case. If you’ve ever met Brian, you know he operates under the Golden Rule every single day, making him a favorite to work with. Brian spends many weekends looking for a thrill—from riding off road on the dunes with his wife and son to taking flight lessons—with no plans to slow down any time soon.
