Being a firm believer of “work smarter, not harder”—Elie addresses problems critically, always searching for ways to improved solutions and streamline processes through LEAN principles to reduce labor while simultaneously improving quality and minimizing errors. You can also find Elie feeling very much at home on skiis, her stand up paddleboard, and hiking and backpacking on the weekends.

Trevor is an industry innovator with over 22 years of experience devoted to creating synergy between architectural design and technical construction. Trevor leads strategic business planning for the company’s Virtual Design and Construction [VDC] and technology efforts and provides companywide training on GLY delivery philosophy and VDC process. Having been both a project architect and a construction manager, he identifies valuable opportunities for coordination and collaboration amongst designers, engineers, and tradespeople. Trevor respects each discipline’s individual process and expertise while ensuring constructability. Trevor’s downtime is spent playing with his kids or fishing.

Executive Vice President

As an Executive with a career spanning over 30 years across a wide spectrum of market sectors, Bill enjoys helping our highly capable builders lean into their relationships and take the responsibility needed to help our clients and partners succeed. Trained in architecture, he’s sustained an appreciation for design and has helped advance internal tools and technologies that help make GLY more proactive partners through every facet of a project’s life cycle. Today, Bill supports our Preconstruction + Estimating, VDC, and Marketing + Business Development teams and serves several community organizations focused on Education. He’s an avid cyclist, gardener, and family guy.

Senior Project Manager
Organized, decisive, and driven, Josh approaches every project with a clear understanding of the client and company’s needs. His favorite part about his position is that no two projects are ever alike, as he is a person who enjoys overcoming the hurdles of a project from start to finish. Quite fitting to his problem–solving nature, he enjoys classic games that require lots of thought and strategy, from chess to backgammon to cribbage. Outside of work he also stays busy coaching youth baseball, softball, basketball, and his son’s Little League All-Star Team, who made it to the State Championship in 2024!

Business Development Manager
Kyla brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate and building services. Since 2014, she has helped drive growth through strategic planning, creative thinking, and a passion for building lasting relationships. Known for her attention to detail and client focus, Kyla is trusted by teammates, clients, and partners alike. Her collaborative approach and commitment to innovation make her a key member of our Marketing and Business Development team.
Outside of work, Kyla enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Lincoln. She's an avid fan of live music and outdoor concerts, always up for a local adventure or cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks! She also enjoys traveling and hitting the golf course whenever she can. Kyla is a longtime member of the Washington State Society for Healthcare Engineering (WSSHE), where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Principal+Healthcare/Life Science
Jeff is a Principal at GLY and leads the firm’s healthcare and life science market sector. He specializes in alternative delivery models and brings strong expertise in preconstruction planning and estimating for everything from large hospital campus expansions to critical equipment replacement. With a BA in Architectural Studies from the University of Washington and nearly two decades at GLY, Jeff combines his design background with project management skills to guide teams on highly technical, complex facilities. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, running, and hiking with his family.

Superintendent
With over 40 years of experience in construction, Tony is a renovation specialist who works closely with our clients to tailor solutions to each project's unique goals and requirements. He's led projects at airports, hospitals, universities, fire stations, and everything in between. Safety is always his top priority, especially in occupied, sensitive spaces where the comfort of patients and staff is paramount.

General Foreman
As a decisive person with a positive and open-minded attitude, Amereo enjoys the everyday team collaboration. As a General Foreman, Amereo makes good job-site morale and cohesive team environment a priority. He finds joy in seeing the building team bring a client’s vision to life from start to finish. At home, Amereo enjoys tackling small projects and spending time with his family. Fun fact: Amereo is a twin!
