Block 21 is a two-building development, and the fourth block of Amazon’s tower campus in the Denny Triangle. One building is a 24-story office, the other an eight-story building, both built by GLY. In May of 2017, Amazon announced that it was donating space in the shorter building to Mary’s Place — rent-free, forever.

The space has its own entrance and elevators and provides private rooms for families and their pets.

The project scope features two floors of administrative spaces and storage; four levels of living areas including bedrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and gathering space; and two levels offering large dining rooms, kitchen, play areas, interfaith room, classrooms, and an outdoor terrace. Features include primarily concrete polished floors and bright, vibrant colors throughout.
