After successfully renovating common areas at Griffis Residential’s Lake Washington property in Renton, Washington, GLY was selected for a similar project at the owner’s Seattle Waterfront luxury apartments in Pioneer Square. The 10,000-square-foot renovation spans amenity spaces on Levels 1 and 16, including the lobby, leasing office, mail room, employee offices, fitness center, game room, entertainment kitchen, dog wash, and meeting rooms.

Working closely with facilities management, GLY minimized disruption and maintained a safe environment for current residents. Strategic phasing ensured key areas—including elevator lobbies, mailroom, corridors, reception, and the primary emergency exit—remained fully functional throughout construction.
