GLY recently completed construction on a mixed-used office building located at 2005 NW Poplar Way in Issaquah, Washington. First breaking ground in August 2019, the four-story, 70,000 square-foot building is owned by Rowley Properties and is open for tenants beginning October 2020.

GLY + ZGF plan to install a three-level, robotic, space-saving parking garage beneath the upcoming addition to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) clinic in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The first phase of Bellevue Plaza includes the construction of a single, 17-story office tower along Main Street, the first portion of a public plaza, street frontage improvements, and a pedestrian through block connection.

Overlake Medical Center celebrated a milestone event in their construction project – a ceremony known as a topping off – by placing the final steel beam in place on its new 240,000-square-foot tower.
