Crews from GLY Construction have broken ground on a new apartment building at Emerald Heights senior living community in Redmond. The project, called the Courtyard Apartments, was first announced in 2017 but suffered several setbacks as a result of COVID-19 and construction delays. Now things are back on track and the building is set to be complete and ready for residents in quarter four of 2023.
