GLY recently completed construction on a mixed-used office building located at 2005 NW Poplar Way in Issaquah, Washington. First breaking ground in August 2019, the four-story, 70,000 square-foot building is owned by Rowley Properties and is open for tenants beginning October 2020.

Occupancy for Rowley Properties’ 2005 Poplar office building is projected for October. The four-story development broke ground on a speculative basis about a year ago. The design, by VIA Architecture, makes extensive use of cross-laminated timber, lowering the project’s carbon footprint.

The U District Station is nearing final form, with light rail service expected to begin in the fall of 2021. On top of the station, LPC West and Perkins+Will are planning a 13-story office tower for the University of Washington.
