The following construction activities will be occurring throughout the month of February:

  • 1925 West cast stone repointing
  • 1925 West damaged cast stone replacement
  • 1925 West & East parapet cap doweling
  • Bird spike installation on the 1925 high roof copper ridge crest
  • Masonry pinning at the West elevation of the Connector
  • Repointing at the West elevation of the Connector
  • Selective concrete encasement demolition within the 1925 SE Tower
  • 1935 West Masonry Cleaning
  • 1935 North & West mortar removal
  • 1935 Tower terracotta removal & cataloguing for future reassembly
  • Selective demolition within Levels 1 & 3 of the Connector

Upcoming Milestones

  • February 5th: 1935 North Elevation masonry restoration begins
  • February 9th: 1935 West façade masonry restoration begins
  • February 19th: Punchlist work begins at the 1925 North Towers & Apse
  • February 27th: Completion of 1925 finial bracing and associated roofing activities
