Current + Upcoming Construction Activities

The following construction activities will be occurring throughout the month of February:

  • 1925 Central Roof: reinstalling parapet cap stones
  • 1925 Central Roof: roofing replacement
  • 1925 South: masonry repairs and mortar placement
  • 1925 North: final cleaning and punch work
  • Courtyard: repair damaged cast stone, brick, and terracotta
  • 1925 East: NE parapet bracing and gutter roofing
  • 1935 NW and SW Towers: disassembly and doweling

Upcoming Milestones

  • March 10th: 1935 NW Tower Disassembled
  • March 20th: 1935 SW Tower Disassembled
  • March 23rd: Work within the Smith room begins
