Work below occurs in the 1925 Building.

  • Masonry pre-cleaning at the 1925 West, South, & Northeast Elevations.
  • Mortar removal at the 1925 North, West, and Northeast Elevations
  • Scaffold erection along the South and Northeast Elevations of the 1925 Building
  • Masonry anchor installation at the 1925 North and West Elevations
  • Installation of temporary fall-protection anchors at the 1925 Roof
  • Installation of permanent fall-protection anchors at the 1925 Roof
  • Tuck-pointing at the 1925 North and Northeast Elevations
  • Window surveying
  • Placement of window protection at the 1925 West Elevation
  • Balustrade restoration at the 1925 North and West Elevations
  • Steel reinforcing and associated roofing at the 1925 West Finials

Upcoming Milestones

  • Scaffold erection at the 1925 South Elevation
  • Mortar removal at the 1925 West Elevation
  • Masonry anchor installation continues at the 1925 North and West Elevations
  • Installation of temporary fall-protection anchors at the 1925 Roof
  • Tuck-pointing at the 1925 North Elevation
  • Selective removal and replacement of existing brick masonry
  • Selective removal of slate roofing tiles
  • PMMA waterproofing at the 1925 Roof Gutters
  • Balustrade restoration at the 1925 North and West Elevations
  • Steel reinforcing and associated roofing at the 1925 West Finials
  • Placement of temporary work decks within the 1925 Towers
