Construction Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Current + Upcoming Construction Activities

The following construction activities will take place throughout the month of July:

  • 1925 West Terrace: Pre-Clean, Remove Brick & Balustrade Caps
  • 1925 West Entrance will have alternate pathways and detours for ongoing Terrace work from July 
    through September.
  • 1925 Tower reinforcing steel starting on west elevation.
  • Crane pick along the intersection of Grant Lane expected mid-July to hoist structural steel to 
    the south elevation towers.
  • 1925 Window restoration begins at all elevations of the 1925 building.
  • 1935 West: continuing reconstruction of the 1935 Towers with reinforced backup 
    structure
  • Smith Room ceiling reconstruction and framing at connector level 1 and 3 begins
  • 1935 South: brick replacement and mid-roof gutter bracing and repairs

Upcoming Milestones

  • Early July: Work on the 1925 Terrace begins
  • Early July: Completion of 1935 Towers
  • Late August: Completion of Smith Room Activities
  • December: Project Completion
