Current + Upcoming Construction Activities

The following construction activities will take place throughout the month of September:

  • 1925 West Terrace: slab reinforcing
  • 1925 West Terrace: slab prep, waterproofing, and brick paver reinstallation
  • Window Restoration: repairs at the 1925 & 1935 buildings
  • 1925 NE & SE Towers: steel installation
  • 1925 SW & NW Towers: waterproofing and steel painting
  • 1935 West: completion of the 1935 tower reconstruction
  • 1935 South: finial bracing installation and parapet cap reinforcing
  • Smith Room: painting & punch activities
  • Reading Room: scaffold removal at Apse windows

Upcoming Milestones

  • Early September: Completion of 1935 Towers
  • Early September: Completion of the Smith Room and Connector
  • Mid September: Completion of 1925 NW and SW Tower work
  • Mid September: Hoisting of scaffolding from the courtyard
  • December: Project Completion
