Work is underway on the U District Station Building. Developer LPC West confirmed the news earlier this month, and held an official groundbreaking on May 10. The UW owns the air rights, and will occupy about half the 12-story, 266,000-square-foot office tower.

Urban Land Institute announced 20 finalists for the 2023 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence, one of the most prestigious awards programs in the real estate industry. This year’s finalists include 19 developments in the United States and one in Canada.
