GLY and Overlake Medical Center hosted a topping out celebration for Overlake’s New East Tower on December 2, 2019. The five-story, inpatient tower is being built as part of Overlake’s five-year multi-phase Project FutureCare campus renewal initiative.

The $250M, five-year Project FutureCare campus renewal initiative construction process included one year of logistical planning that ensured the medical center would continue to operate during construction.

Overlake Medical Center placed the final beam atop its new five-story hospital tower under construction in Bellevue.

The first phase of Bellevue Plaza includes the construction of a single, 17-story office tower along Main Street, the first portion of a public plaza, street frontage improvements, and a pedestrian through block connection.
