The GLY + The Miller Hull Partnership + Urban Patterns team completed Validation Services to Snohomish County and Hill International for the community’s much-anticipated Food + Farming Center at McCollum Park in Everett, Washington. Serving farmers in Snohomish, Whatcom, Skagit, and King counties, this vital facility will provide a hub for processing, distribution, value-added production, and the sale of locally grown produce.

Key features include a year-round farmers market, commercial kitchen, and dedicated spaces for food processing and aggregation. The project is designed to enhance local food security and build stronger connections between farms and consumers.
