UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinic Ravenna | Seattle

Design-build project in collaboration with Callison Architecture incorporated an Integrated Project Delivery [IPD] process utilizing Lean techniques such as pull planning sessions and just-in-time deliveries. The 20,000 square foot tenant improvement took place in an unfinished shell and core space of the mixed-use Northcut Landing development. This primary care clinic includes an x-ray room and a “team medicine” floor plan layout with all staff located in the center, with exam rooms at the perimeter.

Owner: UW Medicine

Architect: Callison
