UPS Weyerhaeuser Hall | Tacoma

New four-level steel framed structure with brick and glass envelope houses the University of Puget Sound’s undergraduate psychology and exercise science departments, graduate occupational and physical therapy programs, as well as an undergraduate neuroscience program. An intensive MEP coordination process with complex piping was key for the radiant floor heat. Project scope for the 42,500 square foot building also included a 6,000 square foot outdoor mobility park outfitted with ramps, curbs, stairs and other barriers.
