Tom Douglas Restaurants, TAB | Seattle
As a part of Amazon.com’s Phase IV development, the 1915 Terry Avenue Building, or “TAB” as it is affectionately known to locals, was repurposed as a 17,000 square foot venue for two restaurant outlets, The Brave Horse Tavern and Cuoco, operated by veteran Seattle restaurateur Tom Douglas.

2013 Historic Seattle Preservation Award| Best Rehabilitation
The opportunity to have my restaurants become part of the historic fabric of Seattle was a huge draw for me. All this building needed to thrive was the commitment and investment from Vulcan to save it.
