Starbucks Reserve | Seattle

Built within the new South Parking Garage at University Village, Starbucks Reserve is an “evenings” store, where guests can enjoy beer, wine and additional food offerings. The 2,115 square foot space features numerous unique architectural finishes that set it apart from the norm – including a bar and back wall made of reclaimed wood and a world map made of Starbucks coffee cups.

Completed on a fast-track schedule, the scope of work included all new interior finishes: demising walls, ceilings, and floors, MEP and fire alarm modifications, and installation of client-supplied interior wall, equipment and casework.
