Neighborhood-friendly, U-District mixed-use development provides 88,000 square feet of Class-A commercial office, retail and restaurant space. Two levels of underground parking were built 15’ below permanent water table, utilizing a secant cut-off wall and continuous active dewatering during construction. Two three-story buildings open onto outdoor plaza linking ground floor shops and restaurants. Design utilizes unique massing, contemporary Northwest materials, weather overhangs and gathering spaces.
