Nintendo Distribution Center | North Bend
Challenges for this automated technology distribution center included a fast-track schedule to deliver over 400,000 square feet in less than six months. In addition, a 40’ bay required innovative structural design solutions to meet seismic and wind loading requirements. 123 acres of included sitework consisted of wetland mitigation and management, storm water management, complete infrastructure, a two-million-gallon water tower with city water distribution, railroad crossing, and signalization.
GLY later returned to complete 60,000 square feet of tenant improvements including a floor addition, new office and lunch room spaces, lobby expansion and a mezzanine. The distribution center remained fully operational during these phased tenant improvements.
