Microsoft B37 + B99 Garages | Redmond
These partially above-ground parking structures serve the adjacent two nearly identical four-story Class A office buildings, and provide a total of 2,504 stalls. GLY worked with the Owner and Design team to provide constructability and budget expertise while also obtaining the City of Redmond’s Design Review Board acceptance quickly and enthusiastically. By focusing on supporting efficient structures, we avoid needless spending on inefficiencies that could be spent on more visible components of the overall design. 3D and 4D modeling was used for all structural components, interior layouts, and mechanical and electrical coordination.
