Microsoft B16+17 WPA | Redmond

B16 and B17 leverage Microsoft’s robust standards and kit of parts developed on previous Work Place Advantage [WPA] projects. Additional program elements promote health and wellness, and collaboration between user groups. The design incorporates significant architectural features, requiring mock-ups and constructability reviews to deliver on the architectural intent.

B16 consists of a 2-level 101,500 square feet office build-out while B17 includes a 3-level 147,300 square feet office build-out. Final design to turnover for each building averaged 26 weeks with significant structural modifications to the common areas to enhance user experience and occupant productivity.
