Microsoft at Lincoln Square WPA | Bellevue

Top 15 floors of Lincoln Square Tower is a LEED-CI build-out of 13 office floors, plus a receptionist/meeting floor with multi-purpose rooms and espresso stand, and top floor cafeteria, dining lounge and south-facing deck. GLY was later asked to return to add more office space via complete demolition and tenant improvement build-outs for levels 11-14, plus expansion on Level 15. The project in total amounted to 320,000 square feet.

These improvements served as a pilot project for Microsoft’s Workplace Advantage [WPA], a new RE&F program designed to optimize the work environment. This close collaboration with Microsoft and the design team produced a successful model that served as a prototype for future work,
also built by GLY.
