Kilroy Skyline Tower Lobby + Plaza | Bellevue
72,000 square feet of major modifications give a fresh new look to the plaza and lobby of Downtown Bellevue’s Skyline Office Tower. Demolition of a large canopy structure made way for an open-air plaza, available for public events and informal meetings. Cast-in-place concrete seat walls replace 1980s red granite finishes. New site lighting, a centerpiece art sculpture, landscaping and new site furnishings provide a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and passers-by.
The main lobby, once clad in red granite veneer, now features a massive white marble monument column, new wall coverings and flooring, and updated storefronts. In addition to major architectural upgrades, the project also included renovation and expansion of a single tenant space, making room for two new retailers, and modifications to the parking garage entry.
