Kent Station IV | Kent

Four-story shell and core mixed-use structure includes retail spaces on lower levels and Green River Community College classrooms on upper levels. A skybridge connects to an existing building, site of 4,000 square feet of additional tenant improvements for the college. For the first time in the Pacific Northwest, an innovative displacement pile technology was used at the site, saving time, money and energy.
