Regional distribution center serving the entire Pacific Northwest with a building size comparable to 14 football fields. Construction is tilt-up concrete consisting of 184 panels cast at the site. Over 28,000 cubic yards of concrete was placed on this project, including a super flat exposed concrete floor. Over one mile of water line was installed around the perimeter of the 756,000 square foot building, in addition to more than three miles of utilities throughout the 37-acre site. Approximately 5.4 million pounds of structural steel, comprised largely of steel tube columns with steel joist and steel decking, was erected at the site.
