Hines 800 Fifth Avenue | Seattle

The 42-story 800 Fifth Avenue building received a lobby face-lift resulting in all new finishes and a much brighter space. The renovation included the demolition and relocation of 24-foot curtain walls in order to expand usable interior space, a structural pinned glazing system from England, marble and stone finishes from Italy and China, stainless structural steel curtain-wall supports, and accent pieces throughout the space. Construction took place while the building was occupied, requiring close coordination with building management.
